He takes a good 45 minutes to measure your feet and find your boots. They aren't cheap- he points out the difference between good and poor quality in a boot, using an old boot! His selection is vast, if he can't find a pair on the main floor his basement is full. Large inventory. Best boot fitting you'll ever have- you won't get that at any other store, they won't take the time. His knowledge of the leather, the patterns, the stitching, the different hides, colors and textures rivals NONE. The quality of the products is excellent. The staff are great. They even go out of their way to help you find the best dollar value on your purchases. When we needed a new washing machine (which they don't carry) they put us in touch with the Picture Butte store which has everything and just as nice staff, we got our washer. If more stores could find staff like those at these two stores their businesses would really improve. We just wish they carried lumber at the Lethbridge store too.

A quick Google search showed 4 different options. From reviewing their websites, I wasn't quite sure if 3 of the shops could help me or how much it would cost. iDeal iRepair's website was very well designed. It was easy to navigate and gave me all of the information I needed to see if they could help me. I dropped by and found a nice, well designed store. The two gentlemen working greeted me immediately (sorry, I didn't get their names). In under 5 minutes, they had replaced my battery and informed me what I needed to do to condition the new battery. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole experience was very impressive. Apple would have charged $79, plus shipping and other fees. Plus, they would have taken my phone for who knows how long. iDeal iRepair charged $50 for the part and service. I absolutely recommend this store. Thanks for the great service!

Tina and all the staff were so very helpful and accommodating and put a rush on the order so it will arrive in days, not weeks. I have been getting my eyes checked regularly and they haven't changed in over a decade. So they are now withhold contacts /glasses if I don't get my routine eye check up. So now I have to walk around unable to see because I can't get more contacts and have no way of booking an apt any time soon for a check up due to financial hardships. I feel like withholding a product because you didn't get your regular eye check up is ridiculous and extremely unfair. Especially for someone who goes regularly and has not had any change. Very frustrating and seems to be a gimmick to get more money out of you. I informed the lady working reception of my concerns and she informed me that she didn't want to deal with the situation/didn't know how and basically avoided all of my concern's. Informed me she would get someone else to call me back (which did not happen) and I am now left to scramble and find another eye doctor and figure out how I am going to manage not being able to see until I can afford an apt at another eye doctors office. If you are planning on going to this eye doctor/clinic I would think again and try some where else!
