Couldn't be nicer, fair and affordable, honest, willing to go the extra mile are all things I'm happy to say about them. When I had a concern about a possible issue with my front end, Dave had me come in, put it up on the lift, looked it over, checked a few things and tightened up a possibly loose item. I asked "how much?" - NO CHARGE!!!! That's how you make a customer for LIFE! So I gave him $20 and told him lunch for him and his guy on me.... wish I could afford more, but I'm on a fixed income. My partner and I now call Dave first every time! One note - they don't do tire work, but sent me down the street to Reece Tire Deals, who were great about pulling a nail and fixing a tire for NO CHARGE either - my OTHER go to folks nearby!!! THANK YOU BOTH

I brought my Scion in for a coolant hose repair, quoted at '$100 or less.' During the phone…read moreconsultation, they mentioned additional repairs were needed (spark plugs and coil), specifically referencing 'since you like to do these things yourself' - which reasonably implied this was information for future self-repair. I specifically authorized only the hose repair and diagnostic testing. They texted that my car was ready with a total bill of $407.67, including $262+ for unauthorized spark plug and coil replacements. When questioned via text (screenshots attached), they offered to remove the new parts and charge only for the authorized work ($127.33). While I appreciate this resolution and them working me in on short notice, upon arrival they informed me they would no longer work on my vehicle - simply because I questioned unauthorized repairs. Additionally, they damaged my engine cover by overtightening it with a power tool, making future self-repairs more difficult when I go in to change the spark plugs and coils myself. 1 star for making the billing right when questioned, but cannot recommend a shop that performs unauthorized repairs, damages components, and then refuses future service when professionally questioned about it. Clear communication, proper care of components, and customer authorization should be standard practice.

It's rare to find a shop this responsive, especially last-minute, and with such great service. I went to Easy Street because my AC was having some minor issues...working fine but getting tired with long term use. They told me they would have a look- then came back to me with a bill for almost $300. I was alarmed because they hadn't even told me what the issue was or what needed to be fixed. When I expressed this to them they said - well you didn't ask! I understand that car repairs can be expensive, but I was sitting right in the waiting room, so they could have easily communicated this to me. Instead they just recharged my AC and charged me an arm and a leg for it, then the problem persisted just as it did before! Complete waste of money. To top it off the owner was extremely rude. I will certainly never give my business to them again and maybe this post will save others a headache and some money. Btw- the only reason they have higher ratings on google is because the owner attempts to shame negative viewers in his reply, so many get deleted. In response to my review he lied completely, but I will not delete my review because my experience was sincerely very poor.
