This is not something that I enjoy doing but considering the circumstances and they left me no…read morechoice I am writing this review to share my direct consumer experience with M&S Auto Sales located at 1908 El Camino Ave, Sacramento, CA, and to provide active recourse information for any other consumers facing similar contract discrepancies. The Facts of the Transaction: During my transaction involving a 2011 Toyota Sienna, I provided a $5,000 down payment. Upon auditing the subsequent account documentation from the finance company, I discovered that this $5,000 down payment was completely omitted and never applied to the vehicle's principal balance. Furthermore, a LAW 553 Retail Installment Finance Contract was electronically executed under my name without my explicit knowledge, consent, or authorization. This contract was heavily inflated with unauthorized add-on products that I never requested or agreed to, including, an extended warranty, and additional itemized surcharges like catalytic converter etching. These actions directly violate state consumer protection guidelines, specifically concerning the deceptive addition of products without explicit, itemized consumer sign-off. Recourse & Remedy Information for Consumers: If you have experienced unauthorized contract inflations, unapplied down payments, or electronic signature discrepancies at this location, you have the right to seek direct financial remedy through the business's mandatory state licensing channels: Dealer Surety Bond Recourse: Every licensed used car dealership in California is legally required to carry a Motor Vehicle Dealer Bond to protect consumers from financial loss caused by fraud or contract misrepresentation. You can file a direct financial claim against their bond. Bond Provider Details: THE CORPORATE ENTITY BEHIND THIS DEALERSHIP IS REGISTERED AS NABER INC. THEIR ACTIVE MOTOR VEHICLE DEALER SURETY BOND IS ISSUED BY NATIONWIDE MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY UNDER BOND #7901222283. How to Claim: You can contact Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company directly to request a bond claim form. Submitting your vehicle paperwork, original receipts, and copies of the DISPUTED LAW 553 CONTRACT OR WHATEVER YOUR COMPLAINT CONCERNS OR MIGHT HAPPEN TO BE this will initiate an independent investigation for financial recovery under their bond liability. Regulatory Reporting: You can also file an official non-compliance complaint with the California DMV Investigative Services Unit and the California Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division to dispute the validity of the transaction.

On Tuesday I went to Mirage auto sales looking for a car for my daughter. Honestly we just planned…read moreon looking their first and then go to other places and maybe private owners as well. However Henry was so helpful that we ended up getting a car there. After talking with him and explaining to him what we needed and all the problems my daughter has been having over the last few months he went above and beyond to help us find the perfect car for her.Even helping with special payment arrangements. Mirage shares a lot with speedy car sales and the best car for Mika was actually on his side of the lot. So even though Henry wasn't making a sale for himself, he set it up for Mika to get a good deal from the other side of the lot with Mike because that's the car that was best for her! Because of this my boyfriend also been thinking about getting a car and in shopping for her he found a perfect little Prius! That is right for him and his kids he set up a deal with Henry to do a trade-in on his car and again Henry went out of the way to make sure this single father could afford the car that was best for him and his kids! If you're looking for a car you really should stop here and check them out. I have always been leery of going to a used car lot because you hear they will just try to get you for your money or try to sell you anything. My father was a mechanic and my grandfather also so I actually know quite a bit about cars which I did not tell them when I was shopping. So when he was telling me what kind of cars would be best for her, Toyota and Honda of course they hold their value longer and how many miles you can get out of their engines, he made sure to tell her that which I already knew. When she would see a car that she liked it didn't fall into a good category, he would immediately let her know and explain to her why. I really did appreciate that!!
