Premier Comfort has been nothing short of awesome! Stephen (owner) came out for us on a Saturday…read morebecause it was the only time that really fit our schedules to take a look at our AC - in FEBRUARY! Here's the scoop... we'd had another HVAC provider out to the house a few times to troubleshoot our AC during hot months (when we actually USE the AC lol). First time they topped off the Freon, and put some dye in the system to determine if we had a leak. Second time they came out the Freon was low again so we definitely have a leak - but couldn't find the dye to identify the leak. Topped off the Freon and went about their way, with a warning that we may need a new system. Third time they came out, same story... so I requested a quote for a new system. Y'all, it's pushing FOUR MONTHS later, and I can't shake a finalized quote out of that company despite at least a half dozen texts and a couple phone calls to touch base. Fed up, I called Premier Comfort and oh baby am I glad I did! Again, they came out for us on a Saturday and I was just expecting Stephen to take a look around to gather what I needed to put together a quote for a new system... thats what I asked for after all. What I got was above and beyond. In the course of chit chat, I told Stephen about our previous issues and he asked if he could take a "quick look" to figure out what the problem was. He checked everything the other guys checked. Then he checked about a dozen other things the other guys DIDNT check. Then, this bulldog of a craftsman asked if we could go check it the outside unit to see if he could find the problem... in FEBRUARY when it's SINGLE DIGITS outside... to try and find a problem with the AC! Dude is knocking snow off the AC trying to troubleshoot it! LOL! About three minutes in I told him this could wait for a warmer day (I couldn't feel my nose), but Stephen just smiled and said he was okay. At five minutes in (I couldn't feel my FACE lol) and more reassurances (read: begging) that this could wait, Stephen relented and we went inside to gather the info he'd need for the quote. The fee he charged for the house call was WAY more than fair, to the point where for the service he just provided, I actually felt guilty about it. I even offered to pay the man more money, but he wouldn't accept it. And that quote I requested? The one I couldn't get from the other provider for four months and counting? Stephen had it in my hands in TWO DAYS FLAT! Communication has been outstanding... we're currently putting the finishing touches on the quote and shooting for an early spring install. This is of course a major purchase, and I had tons of questions - Stephen has answered them all in a timely manner and has never lost patience with me. The prices of the new system was right in line with what I was expecting, so that was great too. People, Premier Comfort has absolutely been the gold standard in every possible way and I can't say enough great things about them. But don't take my word for it - reviews here on Yelp are light (I think I'm the first), but I CHALLENGE you to look up reviews on them on the platform of your choice (Google, etc) and find a single complaint anywhere. In the Internet age when everyone is quick to jump on review sites and gripe even over the most ridiculous little things? All you're going to find is five star reviews and people gushing just like me about how great Premier is. That's saying quite a lot, and not only do they meet those expectations - in my experience they EXCEEDED them. Hire with full confidence and watch the magic happen. You'll be damn glad you did.

When he ran the diagnostics on our AC, he tried everything possible to fix the unit before pronouncing it dead. My husband was the only one home when Jim was there, but he made sure to follow up with me and talk through every step the same as he did with my husband when he was working on it. When he came back to install the new unit he again walked me through every step and showed me his work before having me sign. He even pointed out some of the errors and issues with the work done by the our home warranty service (cancelled). I would definitely recommend All Weather to anyone with HVAC needs.

We called Jim, he came right out (stated there would not be a service charge). He quoted us a price almost $1,000 cheaper and for an upgraded unit and replacement of extra's. He couldn't get to it for about a week, and offered to temporarily get it going. We said we would just wait. When he came it was on time, completed the job in a timely manner; cleaned everything up. He then called later in the afternoon to make sure everything was okay. How refreshing to do business with an "honest" operation. If you don't call this guy -- good luck. He was outstanding.

While it looks like they offer Request-a-Quote (score!) I ended up just calling them as I was out and about. They gave me a two hour window the very next day, then called before they showed up. The tech was the definition of efficient. Friendly enough, not much chit chat, just more or less there to look into things and get the job done. My only slight issue was just a few things that were lost in translation -- they had the address wrong, were not close on spelling my name right, and then the price. They told me they could fix the issue for $135 which I agreed to, then was a bit surprised when the bill was for $209 as the final bill included the parts & labor. No biggie and a very fair price for the tune up and replacement, just would've been nice to know the actual total. The total price did match up with my expectations, so no biggie, just worth noting as I feel like maybe they could automate their bookings/billing just a tad better. TL:DR; I appreciate how fast they were, how they diagnosed and fixed it, and the price point. I'd call them again if the need arises.

Air Care got back to me quickly and said they could come by on Monday between 9-11. There was one company that replied over the weekend but they had no reviews, so I didn't engage with them. Come Monday, Air Care was a no show, no call by 11:30. I called them and talked to Josh. He apologized and said their system didn't let them know I had an appointment. I knew I was texting with AI up to that point, so I accepted his apology. He told me they would have someone out between noon and 2. The technician showed up 20 minutes later and had the bad capacitor replaced and the spring service done in 20 minutes. Air Care came through in the end and got out A/C working again. My wife and I appreciated that and would hire them again.

I called Buckners to have them come take a peek, and service the unit (which was ~1.5yr old). They sent a new technician who did not understand the issue. They first thought the unit was low on refrigerant. They then overcharged the unit. They called to the office for a second opinion. They told me that the TXV was sized/not opening. I once again asked about the code on the front. They did not take a look at the code, which the definition is printed clearly on the inside of the furnace panel. They wasted four hours of my time, sent the new guy (with no support), overcharged my system, and recommended a repair which I did not need. I then received an email with a $619 dollar estimate for the labor (as parts were covered under the manufacturer's warranty). But don't worry, there's a cheaper member price! They have an offered "membership" you can pay for monthly to allow you a discounted cost on a repair you didn't even require. I asked why the price was so high, becuase it was a 1-2 hour repair, and they said they always estimate high in the case that it takes too long, we would not pay more. Ultimately that behavior only serves the business. I got a second opinion from a commercial HVAC tech, and he instantly looked at the code, connected a module to read the blower motor status, and recommended a repair. The total time to repair was around one hour. Ultimately, Buckners was a pretty good company early on, but after they were bought things seem much worse: - Scammy practices having a "member" price ... Labor price is inflated to push you toward a monthly subscription - Unexperienced technicians deployed without someone to back them up (this is really Buckner's fault, not the new guy) - Overcharging for simple repairs - Almost caused damage to my condenser compressor due to over pressurization - Wasted my time, and I ultimately was in a state of disrepair longer due to their incompetence The ONLY reason I post these experiences is to warn others who may not be aware of what's happening and have no idea how modern HVAC systems work. Good luck Buckners, I will NEVER call you again for a third chance.

The technician briefly shined his light at the furnace, without taking the front cover off, and declared that the furnace was too old to look at. He would not even attempt to diagnose, and instead said I needed a new furnace. Even though he refused to actually look at the furnace and diagnose it, he still charged me the $109 callout fee. I had told their office when I called to make the appointment that the furnace was old. They could've told me at that point that they do not work on old furnaces, but did not. Instead, they charged me over $100 for doing nothing. If your furnace is older, beware that they may do the same to you. Also, as an FYI, I called a different company who came out, took the front off, cleaned it up a bit, tested for CO, told me it was working just fine despite the age, and that the smell was just related to the pilot light and was no big deal.
