I shared that with this team, and they really took their time with me, making sure I felt comfortable before drawing blood. They did a thorough evaluation first, which gave me confidence in their skill compared to my last visit. The process itself was very quick, which I appreciated. I did experience some slight bruising afterward, but since I get bloodwork done often, that's pretty typical. What stood out most was how friendly and professional they were. I recommend making an afternoon or evening appointment when it's less busy if you want extra time to ask questions or share concerns. I was referred by Spanos to a an HVAC company in Bradenton who had to reschedule/cancel the install several times. After a month of waiting I hired a company to clean my system. Jeff has indicated that he would be refunding me and after several months now, that has not happened. I've reached out numerous times and was verbally as well as in writing that I would be refunded.
