Rock bottom fuel prices typically at Arco. When prices were higher it is best to choose the least greedy I hear. No frills fuel up experience. I never went to Arco before as I think they had difficulty with credit sales or refused the card at the pump. I'm not sure - but that is no longer the case. If I fuel up a car I really love and plan to keep I might not make a habit of going here. Other top tier might have additives that help protect all my engine parts. read more

I went into this location because it was close to the place I was at seeing the doctor. Because I sometimes forget my car runs on gas and prayers. Chile, I go in and to my surprise, the joint was clean. There was no dust not even on the lower shelf. I said to the lady y'all merchandising team on there job. She smiled and laughed. The employees really nice. I was able to purchase all of my to much good stuff and the gas of course and skated on up out of there. It's was a nice experience. Good job guys. Arco - Gas Stations Near Me - West Sacramento, California

A bit of a bait and switch on the gas price. Sign represents different price than pumps. But definitely much better than the Chevron station next door. Literally $1 cheaper than the Chevron next door. read more

Very rude manager his staff is rude place is filthy and the floors the bathrooms are always locked and their property Trash in the parking lot not good service I don't recommend this place to anybody read more

I wish I could put no stars, they can't even keep their ice frozen. Half of a bag is a water already, buy your ice somewhere else!

Came here to get a Car wash NEVER AGAIN. First the instructions are dumb asf you gotta take a pic of a barcode which leads you to a non existing website. No wonder no one was going towards the car wash . Paid for wash through whatever app it lead me to & the car wash never turned on. CAR WASH SERVICE DOES NOT WORK HERE ! Don't waste your time or money. NO STARS from me only got 1 b/c it wouldn't let me post my experience here if I hadn't given a star. TERRIBLE SERVICE. read more

A car wash in this Arco AM/PM could cost you thousands of dollars in car damages! I went for a car wash at this West Sacramento, California Arco AM/PM facility. Had to drive close to the code machine to punch in the code for the car wash in order to activate the service. As I drove forward to the car wash in the narrow drive through, I heard a loud grinding down coming from the side of my car. Got out of the car to realize that there was an oversized U shaped pad lock extended over 6 inches out of the machine and 3 inches protruding out of the curb made a long deep gash to the side of my car. The car itself was not close to the machine at all. I went into the store and notified the owner Jesse of the store. We watched the CCTV footage together and he agree that it was due to the oversize nature of the lock that the lock was not hanging down like normal. He gave me his contacts number and later his insurance information. My insurance had hard time get a hold of the insurance person and when I got a hold of the AM/PM Nationwide insurance claim specialist Jacob Walling, I had to listen to him weasel out how they don't want to pay because he keep failing to see why they should after watching CCTV and the photos I sent him. Like parrot, he keep saying "I failed to see it" and "claim closed". He suggest that I should pay it myself and or the deductible through my insurance. What a slimy dirt bag of him and the insurance company he represent to ignore evidence and not pay for claims. Their new motto should be "Nationwide not to be your side!" So if you want your car to get damage by the car wash and pay for the damages yourself because their insurance would cover damages created by their car wash, this is the best place to go.... read more

!!!! BE CAREFUL !!!!THIS PLACE IS UNSAFE It's 1:30pm during the day- bright and sunny regular Monday . I stopped grab fuel and a soda, regular gas station stuff, right? As I opened my car door to get out, a pan handler was instantly there asking for change while looking in my car. Creepy! As I walk in the store, a guy that was kinda hanging out in the brushes near the air/water station asked me to come over to get money so I can get him a cookie inside the store. Huh? I asked him why he can't get his own cookie, it's because he isn't allowed in the store. I'm getting really suspicious now!!!! He keeps asking me to come over to him. I decline and the guy is upset at me, I continue into the store. I mention to the 4 employees within the store about the strangeness outside their business- shrugged shoulders and mumbled excuses is all I get. During this time a man comes in and is annoyed that he was harassed trying to pump gas, the same concerns I had!! More excuses... anyway, it's not right to fail to provide minimal safety to your clients while they do business. I'd never stop here again alone read more

Arco - Suspect guys in vans - Gas Stations Near Me - West Sacramento, California

These are by far the rudest people that I have ever dealt with. I get short changed often. When I asked where's the rest of my change, he claims that I'm wrong even when I show him. AVOID IF YOU CAN!! read more

Again - it's a gas station with a mini-mart. This one does stand out tho and here's why. PRO's: Large station with very easy entry and exits. No driving in circles to get an available pump. Prices seem better than many stations along a major highway. Not as good as the Arco stations in Roseville or Woodland though. Access is pretty easy off and on to I-80 (E/W) in West Sac. It's new (at least it looks like it) - it's clean - it's bright, even at night, so I feel safe. Receipts are always available at the island kiosks. I mention this because there are a few other ARCO's I frequent where those receipt/payment kiosks are always out of paper. CON's: Windshield solution is mostly water ... needs more suds to get those BUGs off the window! read more

Tbh, I would give this ampm car wash 5 1/2 stars if I could. First off my friend Alex left his window down because he was so excited for the experience we were about to embark on. His face could've been blasted clean off from the sheer force of those jets. It removed every bug with its ultimate washing. Secondly the Rainbow wash like a Pegasus flew over the car and vomited on it a myriad of colors, hues of rich yellows, blues and vibrant pink, But that's not a bad thing. It left a dreamlike fragrance My only complaint is that the experience was over, all too soon On a side note with the right music the whole experience can be transformed and enhanced read more

Oh my gosh! Best gas station bathroom experience of my life! Brand new and so clean. This gas station is well stocked with everything you need for a good road trip. They have a ton of car supplies too including jumper cables, oil, and tire knockers. read more

The manager Barahat is the rudest man I have ever met. He has very poor customer service skills. I really think he has no respect for women at least me. I play the scratchers and when something he will say he's out and I cannot receive it. 99% of the time he will argue with you when you win something and he won't give it to you. For the past month I have come in there for whipped cream ,he says he's out. He is the only store that does not supply whipped cream. I went in there today and one of his fellow employees had the nerve to tell me I am not allowed in there. I asked him why and he said because my manager says so. I had done nothing but ask for what I have won. Yesterday I asked him in the morning if he was going to make any more chicken tenders. He said no rudely. I asked again you mean you're not going to make chicken tenders all day and night. He told me to get out of here. There is no reason to talk to someone like that. I will be tape recording them every time I come in that store and we'll get the cops and show them this guy is very rude and poor customer service and has no reason to keep telling me to get out of his store. He has harassed most every time I have come in there. I think the company needs to look into who they are putting in that store. People need to know how these people treat Americans. They are plain outright rude. read more

Super rude, awful staff. DO NOT GO TO THIS STATION! Pump nozzle malfunctioned and spewed gas from tank. When I removed the nozzle, it did not shut off as it is supposed to when the boot is not pushed in, instead spewed gas all over the side of my car, my clothes, and made a huge gasoline puddle. Went inside to tell the attendant and he proceeded to blame me because "nobody else had this problem today". Apparently he doesn't understand the concept of something working then breaking. I explained that the trigger was supposed to click off as it should have and is required by law to do. He went on and on about how this was my fault and escalated to where he was yelling at me. I practically had to beg to get a free car wash from him and had to listen to this jackass berate me and try to make me feel stupid. Stay away from this station at all cost!! RUDE LAWBREAKERS!! read more

If I could give zero stars I would! You guys have the worst customer service I've ever experienced! The guys there are rude and not friendly at all! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! The people who run this gas station are the rudest people I ever been around. I no longer go to this gas station because I don't support people that have no common respect for their customers. Women beware!!!! When I walked in the male attendant was yelling at a woman I thought she was at fault, however now I'm sure she was not. He did the same humiliating thing to me!!!!!! When I asked for clarification he snapped like a twig, it was awful! I am a really nice friendly person and it was so out of the blue I'm still stunned. I'd rather run out of gas then ever go there again. Seriously, beware read more
