If you go to Arco often for gas, download the Earnify app and pair it with Amazon Prime (if you have it) for 10cents off per gallon everyday and earn points via Earnify. They also have specials once in awhile. For this 4th of July weekend, it was 50 cents off per gallon. I paid $4.79 a gallon (7/5/26). Hard to beat in this economy. read more

I only gave them a 4 star rating because you now have to go inside to pay, there isn't pay at the pump anymore. I really miss that feature. It saves time and doesn't make me nervous about asking for a large sum and then not using it all. So far I haven't been over charged, but I worry about that. I almost forgot to add. They are no longer arco according to their sign. They are now Good Fuel. They still say ARCO on the receipt. So, I'm not sure what the story is. I asked about the change in names and got told I didn't get any change. I stopped inquiring after that. They still have KiKi's food truck on premises. I haven't tried it, but it must be doing well as it's been there for all the years I've been coming here. read more

The assistant manager is amazing. Helped me with my carwash issues. This gentleman went above and beyond. White male adult with a shaved head. Dude, thank you so much! If issues arise, you cant control that, but you handled it and made it right! This was 5/3/26 at 1400 hours! read more

Absolutely horrible service. I go in to ask for a receipt since I got a car wash and the pump isn't printing receipts. I say can I get a receipt on 14 and the guy says 44.01? Having no idea what he's talking about I say uhh a receipt on 14 then he says 44.01?! I said sorry I don't remember the amount and he shakes his head like I did something wrong? Train your staff better for better customer service. I have probably necer gotten good customer service here ever maybe once that's about it.. Today was the highlight so don't ever go inside if you can avoid it. It'll leave a bad taste in your mouth. I'd give zero stars if I could. read more

The convenience store and friendly staff are my favorite things about this particular location. They have a huge selection of snack and drinks. The staff are always quick to provide assistance and turn on the air or water when you need it. The station is also clean and well lit. read more

Having a restroom would be appreciated. Never heard of a gas station with employees only restrooms.

If you're getting your car washed and in need of gas at the same time, this Arco location might just be the most advantageous to you. They offer 10 cents off per litre of gas if you purchase a car wash. If you didn't need the car wash, then it might be better if you looked for cheaper gas elsewhere. The store here is well organized, clean and very well lit. And you can also just get a whiff of that freshly brewed coffee as you come inside the store. What is it with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee? Makes you remember home. Warm and inviting. That's what the AM/PM store here feels like. This place is normally packed with people getting gas. I normally head for the furthest pump and am always lucky to find it available...and allows me to check if there's anyone using the car wash. This is a great place for gas and a wash! The store will be an added bonus... read more

A convenience store/gas station that doesn't feel so sketchy. It's pretty clean and the staff isn't rude. I think that says a lot. I'm reviewing this one because we discovered they make cookies fresh throughout the day! They're package of three is 99¢. Just saying...they might be fresher than Subway cookies! read more

ARCO - Fresh-baked cookies every day, three for 99¢! These get me into trouble, so good! Gone. - Gas Stations Near Me - West Sacramento, California

I rarely go inside but when I do, all the ladies working there are always very pleasant and nice! The store is also clean and everything is well stocked. And the gas is so cheap, and works well in my new Nissan Rogue! Great gas mileage. And their gas island is always clean plus it's a fairly new gas station. read more

The east indian lady that worked July 4th' is extremely incompetent and extremely rude. My nfc was off of on my smart phone initially and i turned it off. She made a disparaging remark, of we do nt want money fron your kind here. That's funny, because you sure took it to charge me for Shitty hot Chico. She was condescending and rude about my purchase of gas and choco. She was wrong in that she didnt comp me then coffee... I paid twice for it. Ridiculous woman read more

Very rude cashiers work here. I came up to fill up and purchase some candy bars. I seen the gas was 3.89 for cash 3.99 w/ debt. So I walked in to pay cash for 3.89, get out to pump to notice it was 3.99. I walk back in to ask if it's correct and the cashier serving me walked away with attitude. Throwing her hands in air saying she won't help me. I just want to say what a bad image for the company. Don't come here if you can avoid. read more

Clean, quick, and friendly. I just wish they'd accept credit cards. This location is usually not very busy and is easy to access from Lake Washington and from Interstate 80! read more

Really nice, NEW, but FILTHY. They don't clean anything and they were out of almost everything we were there for-- INCLUDING ICE AND SODA!?! Oh-- and horrible service that tried giving us a USED slurpy lid that was the wrong size. And the other cashier was dancing while helping the next customer talking to the cashier "helping" us about how Kanye was on the track he was listening to. read more

They have 14 pumps. FOURTEEN! You basically never have to battle the usual miserable situation at smaller stations again. Inside there is a pretty exceptional snack bar and endless wall of beverages. Not sure what more you could want from a gas station, but they seem to cover all the bases for me. read more

Pumps are trash!! Payments say they are processing yet never work. Half the pumps any read chips and the other half can't process at all. Always one employee restocking when there is clearly a long line to pay for gas inside. Terrible service! read more

Whenever I come here at 5 -6AM there's always a line out the door & The coffee bar is a disgusting mess... clearly management is not paying attention read more

This is a fairly new location in West Sacramento, and it's a gem. The location on Lake Washington is only accessible from the west bound direction. If you're coming east from Harbor, you have to turn around to get to it. The building is large inside and very clean. They're doing a good job with the facility. They even have propane refills for your grill (at a good price). The lanes for gas are single car, but there's something like 12 lanes, so you never get cut off from pulling in or out of a space. And the car wash works well and doesn't seem to rough on paint. read more

My tire pressure dropped while driving, and I pulled into ARCO to fill. I want to thank Ruben for helping me. He is very friendly and offered excellent customer service! Thank you Ruben :) I highly recommend this ARCO location! read more

So, I go there this morning and guy tells me they are putting blue duck tape on rear washer blades. New policy fora week. He doesn't know why. Week, he does. I say who us taking it off, he says not me, not my job! Well I would say their brushes ripped someone's rear blade off and this is their remedy. Didn't have to worry. Car in front of me and mine just fell off when water it it immediately. So here us these pieces of blue tape all over! GOOD JOB, NOT read more

Generally I like this location; it's convenient to home and on the way to the freeway. I've met the owner and he's been very pleasant and remembered my face every time I've seen him. Couple things have bothered me which seems to be ARCO culture...at least the ARCO's I've visited and that is the lack of process knowledge and overall pleasantness by the cashiering staff. I've already encountered an outward disposition of "I'm bothering them" when I ask a question or have a concern. I purchased the $12.00 car wash this morning at the and the system wasn't able to provide a receipt and advised to see cashier. Upon completing the car wash I went inside to get the receipt as the system advised and was told by the cashier "since you didn't purchase the wash through one of the pumps I cannot give you a receipt" and that was it. She didn't give me a number to call or say I'm sorry I can't help you" just waved the next customer over to help. It is these type of interactions which make me not want to patron the establishment...well that and the fact that I have to pay .35 every time I make a purchase because I never carry cash. This location is too new to have started these bad habits already. read more

Price says 371 for credit card and 3:35 for cash. I always use my debit card which in some stations is considered cash however this station charges the higher 373 price for All use of any card, credit card or debit card. So if you think you're getting gas for 35 or $0.40 less per gallon you're not. From now on I will bring green dirty cash so that I can get that cheaper price. seems like false advertising read more

Just was reminded why I don't go to AM/PM. ABSOLUTE TRASH! Paid for the most expensive car wash, and the dryer countdown went 42, 41, 40, and then shut off. Over half of my car was still soaked. I figured it was a malfunction, so I went inside to get help. After associates arguing amongst each other they offered me a half refund. Their reasoning because my car was washed, but not dried.... so half is fair. I said, I paid for the full service and not just half of it. They asked me to wait and they would figure it out. 15 minutes later they offered a free "lowest tiered" wash. Which was the same value as a half refund. I just left. Freaking waste of time! Terrible customer service is the worst. read more

In my experience this gas station is fabulous. I get friendly customer service every time i walk in. The staff goes above and beyond. I was at the pump one time and a cashier came running out to a vehicle on the other side of me. I heard her say "here i found the drink for you it was burried deep in our cooler" i take it that the guy wanted one drink but bought another because it wasnt on the shelf, and the cashier went out of her way to keep looking for it and get it to him before he left the store. I mean come on she could have just let it go. I have also used the car wash multiple times and i find it to clean my car incredibly well. I especially love the fact that i can choose between touch free and soft touch. By the way touch free works AMAZING. The bathrooms are so clean i never feel disgusting walking into them unlike other places that i have been to. And have you tried the coffee frape machine?? To die for!! I was told by a cashier that their grand opening will be the first week of October and their big day will be October 7th. Free gifts, food, and fun will be there. I cant wait to bring my kid and check it out. Overall i give this place a 5 star rating read more

Gas station is decent. Make sure you DON'T sign up for there unlimited car wash. My experience had been very frustrating. I paid for unlimited wash. Got my first wash and was satisfied. A week later today, I went in for a wash. their scanner wasn't scanning with the chip provided for a wash. Ok i went in the store for help, non of the staff could assist since the so called manager wasn't present on vacation. What kind of SCAM is AMPM doing to their customers?? Why isnt there backup plan for scanner failer? Your staff are not trained and your management doesn't have enough experience to handle circumstances. I had to go to quick n quack next door to get my car wash. I thought others were just complaining now that it happened to me I realized What a mistake. Pay a little more with quick N quack to save yourself headaches. I will be canceling my membership after one wash. It's not the $22 . My problem is they don't have professional staff and backup plan. read more

This Gas station has it all. Of course a brand new station will have some kinks that need to be straightened out, but altogether great car wash lots of space and a lot of goodies inside. Don't see to many washes at a gas station that offer monthly passes. 30 different craft beers to choose from. This station Rocks, can't beat the fuel prices either. Or propane at that. I also love Toomgis. read more

Terrible staff. Car wash is rediculous. Paid for the monthly unlimited wash membership and half of the time their machine is broken. Manager seems to never be in to even make a formal complaint. Turned in my cancellation of the unlimited car wash membership 14 days before it was to be renewed because I was so fed up with them; and yet I see that I'm am charged for another month on my renewal date even though it should have been terminated per their rules that I have to cancel within 5 days of new cycle. Please avoid this gas station and car wash if at all possible. This shouldn't be allowed read more

The employees are friendly not bad it just the manager is a BITCH! She accused me of stealing, while her employee defended me I thank her for that, it sad she doesn't work there no more. I can't stand that manager and her bitchy attitude eeww. Like what the fuck why would I steal? I just got out of work and my feet was killing me so bad I was walking funny because I thought I wasn't going to make it. I swear I hate this manager she got issues not doing a great job with her customer service skills. read more

Horrible experience at their car wash. After waiting in line 20 minutes (which was fine), the car ahead of me was completing their wash. As the enter light illuminated and the car began to depart, they stopped, and backed up thereby using my code. When explained to the clerk, they said the owners policy was not to correct this causing me to waste $12.00. As a prior CEO, I also stressed customer service to my customers. This was far from that. The owners should be ashamed. I will no longer go there although it is the closest. I will not provide revenue to a company that supports this level of service. read more

The gas is fine. The car wash however is awful. I was so happy to have a car wash closer to me and signed up for the monthly subscription which was a process on it's own. I had to create username, password, etc on a little kiosk. It didn't show me a contract or anything or how to go about cancelling when I was ready. The guy insisted on putting a sensor on the inside of my windshield promising that it would come off when I cancelled. So, you can't make any changes to your account on your own (not sure why they made me create an account if I can't do anything with it). First I went in trying to change to a lower priced plan...nobody could help me so I let it go. Twice now I have gone in to cancel and both times was told there was nobody there that could help me. I stated that I needed to cancel before I was charged again....they then informed me that I had to do it five days before the next charge date....now why would I know this when they didn't tell me anything when I signed up. Sadly, now I have to do a chargeback on my card and have them blocked from it being used again. Oh...and do yourself a favor....don't get in line for the car wash if there is more than one car ahead of you....slowest car wash ever! read more

0 stars should be an option because they do not deserve any. My daughter and I went into the Lynnwood Washington AM/PM on 7/26/18 around 830 PM. I believe the address is 196th st, or so.ething like that. We were going to get gas, drinks, and snacks for our 4 hour drive back home. We both brought our own cups in to get ice. She has a water bottle with a smaller opening. She went to the ice machine that said "cubed ice", pushed it, and crushed ice came flying out and fell on the carpet. We laughed cause it scared us. We said to each other that we will clean it up and she tried again with more luck this time. There were 2 clerks working and a line of people. The thin clerk left the customers to come over and verbally attack my daughter. He waved his hands at the floor. His English was not the best. She tried to tell him that it was an accident and that we will clean it up but he was being rude and making a scene. She was so embarrassed that she started to cry and told him that we will leave if he wanted us to. He said " yes you leave now" So, we went to a competitor and gladly gave them the sale that AM/PM lost because of their clerk. I tried to call the 800 number, but they were closed. I also tried to submit a comment on their website but it isn't working. read more
