As a past Grave yard Lead I will say this. It amazes me still today how petty people still are or can be. Let me start out by saying there are some articles or ampms are individually owned or corporately owned. If it's corporately owned their times are from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. for the doors to be open after 10:00 p.m. you may come to the window to be serviced with your gas merchandise beverages or food.. Secondly bathrooms are not a right they are a privilege. When someone has abused this privilege we as employees leads or managers may shut these bathrooms down for any given period we see fit. There are times when we must control the flow of traffic within the store as well during even on our busiest days sometimes these days these bathrooms will be closed so we can control the flow of traffic. For example if an arvo AmPm is located one block from a major high school some times after school the bathrooms may be closed to control the flow of students and customers coming in and out of the store​. Thirdly if you are going to complain about being charged 35 cents in debt card charges to buy gas or food maybe you should not be driving or eating what your complaining about. . I've seen so many homeless people come in with change and never complain but the privileged with debit cards or credit cards and cars that can afford their vehicles or gas are the first people to complain about charges. Like that charge is everywhere you use your card . Are we complaining about everywhere we go to use our card? Why use a card if your going to complain. Js. Facts.. 4th we have the right to refuse service to anyone we deem or see fit we also have the right to refuse sales of alcohol to anyone we see fit so if you're coming in inebriated you can barely talk or reek of alcohol you can guarantee e I'm not selling you any alcohol and you're walking out my store with a grateful smile Stop being Petty. Do not use their Car Wash...I paid $28.00 for the best of the best wash $14.00 each. My Car was not clean so like I do when I go to 7 Flags or Shell which I should have went there instead they will give U a free wash to run it thru again. He was pleasant at first he but when I complained he became an angry Red pill Incel working behind the counter with a hickie on his neck who cant complete the only task he has an associate Customer Service. I asked him can I have a free wash I ran my car thru twice $28.00...His response "its a Car Wash u took a chance. you're just upset ur not getting your way." Like WtF he taking about I bought a car wash so my car will be clean, two of them duh! Do u go to a car wash to pay for nothing? So I ask for the manager number n name so I can call tomorrow and ask for a refund of one of my washes he says she in at 5am I dont think U would be up...Like bruh not everyone has Fd up their life like U some of us have Careers we been doing for decades and are up way before that U JUDGER. The pumps are not labeled broken or out of service, and when I went inside to let them know there seem to be little concern. I ended up using a bad pump without knowing and as a result gas began to spill out. read more

Seeing all the negative reviews about this location has me scratching my head. My experience was nothing short of stellar. The space around the gas pumps was clean and the pumps themselves were in working order. The inside was also clean, shelves were well organized/stocked, bathroom was clean, and the employee that checked me out was super friendly and personable. Sure, the price per gallon is high but that's not them, that's California. Aside from that, I don't have anything to complain about. read more

Tip: wear headphones while pumping gas. Seriously the worst. They have TVs and unsolicited crap news that has nothing relevant to say, boasted loudly to my ears while I try to just pump gas. Please silence this horrible TV broadcasting on the screens. It's distracting and I just want silence and peace of mind while I pump my gas. Why is this a thing at gas pumps?? At least give me the option to silence the screen talk. It's loud, and trying to dumb down the masses. Arco, if you're going to loudly broadcast, unwantedly to your customers crap, at least give us the option to shut it off, silence, or put stuff that's actually worth listening to. I want to know why you do not have any signs on your restroom doors stating they are closed, yet you are saying no to me, a customer? It was a perfectly nice AM PM, it is bright outside at 6:45p (gets dark at 9p) and you coldly said no. If you only realized the emergency I was having when you did this? Sad customer service. Arco AM PM's outside lot is huge. inside is cramped. not the usual goods an ampm carries -no alcohol. just sodas, energy drinks. -no ready to eats, only donuts 2/$1. -voltage coffee ran out before i got a cup, just switched to blend (1.59) -only one unisex bathroom available. always locked. associates bathroom next to it not accessible to patrons. unknown how they will stay in business. The reviews posted previously have to be from competitors or haters. The place is clean, pumps work perfectly and the ladies at the register couldn't have been more courteous. There were plenty of customers and they all seemed happy. Other peoples reviews don't jibe with real life. Prices are great. The only complaint I had was that the car wash dryer didn't work. I told the manager and she apologized and gave me a refund. What more can people ask for? Clean, courteous and competitive prices. read more

It's complete BS that the restroom is closed at 10 pm. They said it's policy to close it at 10 pm. Well that is not true because I only get gas at arco gas stations and never have I ever been told I can't use the restroom after 10 pm. I walked out and I will not be returning. read more

Came in from a long drive stopped by to get gas and use the restroom and was told I couldn't use the restroom and I'm handicap.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My encounter with the girl name Shonitara her name tag said, she was in front of the store moping as I walked she rudely said do you need something? Her attitude is rude and her customer service is HORRIBLE AND INPATIENT. Please find a new employee. This is not the first counter that she has had with me or another customer. I have witnessed her attitude and impatient service with other people. I will be messaging cooperate about the encounter also. read more

I just spent $60 on gas and they wouldn't let me use the restroom!!! See if I stop here again!!! The clerk told me both restrooms were out of order. Maybe a call to the health department is in order! read more

The store does not stock their products correctly and the employees do not care.

Was excited to find out that they had a car wash at this location. The few times I went the left side of the car wash was broken.... In a span of 3 months, no one has taken care of it. Your car will not come out dried! Costumer service sucks. There was one time I came in and one of the female employees was sitting on the food counter on her phone with her feet up. And while helping us at the counter the girl was still on her phone skyping and talking to her friend. The girl was dancing, while still one skype, and still talking on the phone... all while I was in front of her waiting for a car wash ticket and with a line behind me.... This place is super deceiving. It looks nice on the outside because it has a huge lot and its new. But theres always sketchy (homeless) people hanging out in the front. Unbelievable how a station like this can go down so quickly in such a short amount of time. Only open a few months and already filthy. " The Buck Stops Here" means the CEO of Arco should be shown the door for hiring a worthless manager for allowing a new place like this turn to crap so fast. Trash cans overflowing at 10am in the morning, litter all over the lot, car wash inoperable, gas pumps with yellow tags saying out of order for at least a week, pump information screens filthy making them hard to read and two gals inside reading their cell phones rather than paying attention to customers. Top it off merchandise not properly price marked. What few packaged nuts they sell have a price marked that's different from what they actually charge which really doesn't matter as they haven't been restocked since they opened. I had an interesting situation where I had a roll of quarters ($10.00) and $3.00 loose quarters. They refused me. I offered to count it out but was told she could not accept more than $5.00. I gave it only 2 stars for the price only. The customer service was good. It was early and I was trying to cross the bridge to get to work. I was left with no choice but to leave. I like the price but suggest they give better customer service. Not satisfied with how I was treated. read more

I give this am/pm station only 1 star for the following reasons. This gas station states it's opened 24 hours but I've tried to get something from the store at 2:30am and at 3:15am on different days and the lights were off and nobody answered the door. The second reason is that when the lights are off and the building is locked up, I could actually get gas but I was forced to use my ATM Card and was charged .35 cents when I should of been able to pay cash inside the store without having to pay the extra fee. I don't think they can legally charge an ATM fee if that is the only way payment is accepted. The last reason this store gets 1 star is because this store will not accept any payment of any purchase of more than $2 dollars in change. I had ten dollars in a quarter roll and I was refused service because all I had was the roll of quarters. If this is a business that's there to give service to the community then they should go and learn what service is. Everything I've mentioned in this review is Not what the kind of service I expect when getting gas so this is why this Arco am/pm gets only 1 star.
