I have sent 4 different friends here in the past 6 months and they have all been very happy with their service. Nelson is conservative, doesn't jump to replace things, will always recommend what can be done to repair. I wouldn't describe his prices as cheap, but they are fair, and certainly competitive with other reputable garages. I'll never service my cars anywhere else.

I pass by here a bit and it's never too crowded considering there are only eight pumps and the corner this popular Shell station sits on is on a triangular corner just across from the shopping center off Venture Blvd for Trader Joe's, Sephora, Mendocino Farms and several other shops and businesses. Now she told me she didn't have the key the previous day and today her arm is injured and if I wanted propane I would have to fill the tanks myself. I told her that I wouldn't touch the equipment and she refused to fill up the tanks. She asked another friend of hers who started to attempted to fill the tanks, but had never done this before. I had no choice at that point. The station was clean, but the gas pump handle I used had gum on it. I have no idea why someone would place their gum on the handle other than to be a jerk! I got my car wash, and generally it's cleaned off fine. Just the negative is that you still need dry it a little bit yourself afterwards but that's what happens when you pay for those cheap washes. I have a Sedan so it may differ for larger cars. I didn't expect my car to look immaculate but it does the job in taking all the dirt out.
