I had to shop for other items so Lucia took the vitamins to the register for safe keeping. My mobility is compromised so I really appreciate the extra help. The Pharmacists is always helpful in making sure we know how to take our meds and the techs are great and very patient‼ I do dislike longer wait times in the drive thru or inside but everyone is seen working diligently. What more could we expect.

I even got flu/shingles shots and they work like a PRO! They are fast, quick, nice, patient, helpful,professional,efficient, courteous, and they all work hard to satisfy everybody's needs. There is always a long line, but their fully stocked employees clear that line in less than 15 minutes. They almost have all medications/vaccines on their shelves; most of the time. I mean you are dealing with people's health. Their automated service is prompt, messages are returned on timely manner, transactions are always completed w/out any glitches. He quickly wanted to dismiss my request without even reading it all the way. He didn't want to read it period. Lazy and not helpful at all. I was not asking you to put in any numbers, simply read the instructions on the coupon and follow the prompts, but since you saw a line forming, you decided to dismiss it by saying "it doesn't work" I was annoyed and i wanted to get out of there rather than deal with a lazy worker.

I paid for 20$ inside using my card and the middle aged angry man behind the counter put it on a different pump. When asked to correct it, he told me I'd have to swipe the card and pay again. Now this makes sense. 40$ for 20$ worth of gas because "there's nothing I can do." It's never anyones' fault. Noticing that more, lately? I ran out of gas a half a mile down the road but a nice fella helped me push the car to the side and thank goodness for AAA! Please don't patronize this place. Take your money and spend it where the person behind the counter is there for you, not just your dough. Send a message. I was threatened to be killed by the CLERK named SUZAN Today! What a horrible human being. I went in to try to replace a fountain drink and Mr SUZAN said no refil for free. I then said I am not trying to get a free refill, I am just trying to get a soda that actually has syrup in it! He then proceeded to cuss out my elderly friend who is a 70 year old. In the app, make sure to select this Ralphs location for the greatest selection, as it is one of the best in Sherman Oaks. Your shopping Items are kept in a special refrigerated section, so it stays fresh until you arrive to pickup (according to the employee who brought me my groceries last time). The fridge for Sushi and other ready made fish items was EMPTY. Tony asked me what is it that he can do/make for me? I replied Spicy Tuna roll. He even wanted to know how many pieces? I told him 8. Right away he went back into the kitchen and made me what I have requested. For 8 pieces was only (12.99). Not a bad price. Came back and handed me the Sushi. Next disappointment was, went to check out and there was no one at the registers. Waited for like 5 minutes, until this woman came and turned the light on for register # 4. Couldn't catch her name. Store was in a very nice condition, very clean, and fully stocked. They have everything from A to Z. Nice music was playing overhead. They have a very nice, big, 2 sections of patio/outside seating and every now and then, if you are lucky, you may find some items from everywhere that is on sale! They also have an inside seating by the flower area, and all around. Free parking, Wells Fargo ATM machine, and 2 gender neutral restrooms. I practically covered everything and more.
