So I had a bad experience here because usually the coffee is great food is good, but today Mr. Tuan suggested that I download the app - that the discount is only for those who use the app. because they suggested "Hanh, Tuan" that I downloaded ,then after I scanned my loyalty card and then put in my phone number. I did this 3 times and they said it's not working. How long does it take until it works? If you just sign up it happens apparently Mr. HANH said he was manager on duty that he "tried to give me discounts* refused to apply for a new customer. As long as you buy 3 he suggested I said I'll buy two at the discounted price. They refused to scan the cigarettes after I logged in and scanned my rewards app. That's some bad customer service they think that they can just refuse to scan the cigarettes I was like "well are you gonna scan it?" HANH was like no. No more. Get out. Mr. Tuan suggested I complain through the number on my receipt because he said "I don't care about that. i prepaid $15 to use pump 3 got my receipt and i went back to my car to pump the gas it wasn't working so i went back inside to let him know it wasn't working and the cashier said my card declined and started $0.00 receipts which was odd because because my card right away was approved as soon i came to pay the $15 so i went to check my bank statements and the transaction was there i went back told him it was charged and the cashier looked nervous and kept repeating it didn't i didnt want to argue with him any longer i instantly left the gas station called my bank and had them dispute the charge. be extra cautious about what ur paying! read more

From the outside looks like it's crusty but when I entered his shopped. I was surprised how clean everything was. It is a big and he has just about everything except a restroom. He has Plexiglas to protect himself from the public. A five star over all due to how clean the inside of his shop. Across the street from Shakey's Pizza and Godinez High. Reasonable gas prices. Arco has always been a great station. The one i use at Edinger and Euclid has the lowest gas prices around. It can get busy but the prices are worth the wait when the are busy.?oh and Arco is a top tier gasoline so Arco is good for your car and wallet. read more

There may be a 2-3 minute wait for access to a gas pump, but customers have been patient & courteous with one another. Arco is a licensed Top Tier fuel retailer. Top Tier is recommended by most major car manufacturers. According to an automotive industry spokesman, the regular use of this type of gasoline results in improved engine life. Because it is located in the heart of Santa Ana. It seems like everyone goes here! It's packed almost ALL the time, so even if you're lucky to get a pump, good luck maneuvering your way out. Also, be wary of kids trying to sell you candy for school. Or kids in general. A lot of people bring their kids and let them loose. So keep that and other cars in mind on your way in and out. read more

This Arco has an easy to get in and out of location, at the cross streets of Edinger and Fairview right next to the park next to Godinez HS where a lot of Poke stops are. The guy at the counter acts like he's the owner and he probably is! Super clean and always busy. read more

This Arco station is just across the street from the Stater Bros. There are "Pay Here" kiosks outside between the pumps so you don't need to go inside...saves time. There is also a Mini Mart inside w/ snacks & drinks, but no real food like most Arcos that have an ampm. It's open 'til midnight & gets real busy some evenings (like tonight) so you might have to wait 5 minutes for someone to leave & be able to maneuver out of your way...that's the only negative...it's probably cuz this gas station is cheaper than the 76 station down the street & the Mobile station the opposite way towards Harbor. Overall, a good gas station, like most..cheapest gas in the area & convenient kiosks to pay at outside. read more

We like this Arco because the gas prices here are usually cheaper than other places just by a few cents but hey it adds up right. For the most part it's always crowded but that only vouches for what I just told you it's a few cents cheaper. read more
