Came by for a fill up the other day and it was a mediocre experience. Gas is one of the cheapest in town. Pay at the pump is available to make the process quick and easy. There are still payment islands those that opt to pay via cash. Most of the payment islands ran out of receipt paper...and some of the card readers at the payment island were non-operational... Fuel pumps were in good working condition. Squeegees and paper towels were available. Buy a gift card from Safeway to pay via Credit card! First time coming out towards this way. I stopped here to use the restroom and get some gas. Well, I was yelled at by an employee stating they just told me that they didn't have a restroom. Mind you, I never seen these employees in my life! I just walked in and didn't see no one that looked like me. Anyways, small store and its alright with the employee for having a small attitude. The pay machines are a bit faulty. took a while to accept my bills. Homeless guys keep bugging the crap out of me for change when I get gas here at nite. The AMPM is a bit dirty, but still serves its purpose. read more

It's an AMPM, you never expect much. This is where you go if you insist on using debit. If you're picky about a few cents, go to the Valero that's across the overpass by Chuck E. Cheese, as the one on the other corner is more expensive. Also, even if it's crowded, going during the day means you're avoiding some of the beggars. read more

One of the cheapest Gas you can find. As of 08.04.2014, while other gas shops are running at above $4 a gallon for premium 91, this ARCO is at $3.97 for premium. Does it make a big difference? I wouldn't go out of my way, but luckily it's nearby job number 2 and on my way home that I can easily fill up for cheap, cheap, cheap. Even more awesome? It's never packed with cars going in and out and blocking other drivers. It's also clean, at least on the inside to me it is :) read more

Card machine hasn't worked for a while. So where is the sign? If you're just trying to avoid the fees, say so.

only plus side to this place is that their price for gas is cheaper compared to other places but it's not my favorite one to go to. They do not accept credit cards, only debit which they charge a convenience fee of $0.35 for the transaction. Place is small and people around this area are really rude. I wasn't even done yet and the person behind me was already honking. Like move to a different station then. read more

It's a gas station. I come here because its convenient and it has some of the best prices. As a side note: because it's owned by BP the, gas doesn't come from countries in the Middle East with extremist groups that are ok with blowing themselves up to kill others who don't agree with them. It's also near 101 so it's quick to get on the freeway and go. read more

This Arco is ALWAYS packed! I only go there if I happen to be driving past it and see that there is no line at all. Otherwise, the line is always out the driveway and around the corner causing traffic. But if you want cheaper gas what can you do right? You'll just have to wait in line!! read more

Another one of those super ghetto Arco gas stations. Yup, those homeless guys will keep pestering you while you gas up at night (or day). This facility is stinky, dirty, and all out gross. If you like fending off panhandlers while you keep reinserting your bills in the jacked up payment machines because they keep spitting your bills out, you will absolutely fall in love with this gas station. Hey, you gotta work for that cheap gas, right?!?! Nothing is free in life sorry to say. As a side note, this station being right off the 101 freeway is a plus however. read more

I hate this place. The people who work here need to set up someone to direct traffic. I just spent 15 minutes waiting in line and left without buying gas. There's SUPPOSED to be one side for entering (it sits on a corner so there are 2 entrances) and the exit is on the other side. So I wait in line for 15 minutes at one of the entry points. There is a ridiculously long queue and it looks like everyone is aiming for one of the gas-tank-on-the-left spots. When I see the pump nearest to me clear, I figured I would back in- my car's tank is on the wrong side, but if I wait for the next lane to clear, there are 4 or more cars ready to pounce, but who can tell since there is NO DISCERNIBLE SYSTEM - it's a free-for-all. If you have 3 entry points all leading to a small number of pumps, people are going to lose their tempers when someone is perceived to be cutting in line. But It looked like no one was trying to get into that spot, so I pulled forward and was backing in, when suddenly some jerk pulled in from the exit side and took one of the spots, and then the cow behind me (knowing full well what I was attempting to do - she hit the accelerator and just about hit my car so she could steal the spot I was backing into. I was livid. And here's the absolutely bizarre irony: I picked up my stuff and took my business to a station a block down the road - which turned out to be CHEAPER!! I was incredulous. I can understand suffering the insanity of sitting in the non-moving queues at this place if it was significantly cheaper than any other station within 50 miles, but it would have to be a pretty big difference for me to ever tolerate that nonsense again. And I do blame the establishment - they could easily enforce their entrance/exit policies at the very least, but I'm afraid I would need to see very competent and conspicuous employees directing traffic before I ever set foot in here again.
