The gas is cheaper than most. Thank her us about all I can say about this station. The selection of snacks is small because it is an older ampm. The staff was fairly friendly. As if the date of this post the Apple Pay and google pay outside was not working. It was working inside but that defeats the purpose. The clerk did tell me it was going to be working soon. There was also a lot of traffic, so exiting the pumps is precarious. I know that they can't do anything about it but I wanted you to know. Preparation is key to success. read more

I'm not one to notice gas stations along the way until the time comes when the tank is on "E" and we are in desperate need of gas. Fortunately, this station was conveniently available right when we needed them! Writing reviews about a gas station is not likely to be read by most people who are only searching for a nearby station and not particularly interested in individual experiences. But as a loyal Yelper, I always feel compelled to write something about a business that I patronize. As far as gas stations go, they fit the bill as being a good, solid filling station. They are conveniently located on a neighborhood corner in which they provide cheaper than most gas prices. Although it was busy, they had a sufficient number of pumps to keep customers moving along, with plenty of driving room to get around the lot. It's nice to have an Arco AM/PM around when you need them, especially when waiting to the last minute to get gas! read more

This Arco has one of the lowest gas prices in this neighborhood. That's probably the only good thing about this place. I've only had to deal with the register person once and it wasn't a good experience; he could not understand what I was saying to him. I was trying to tell him that the air pump hose had a bunch of blood on it. There is one thing I cannot stand, and that is people knocking on my car window asking me for money. I get this almost every time I come here. I really think they need to enforce their "no loitering" rule and stop letting all these people panhandle all day. read more

I always pictured a more glamorous review for #800, but I guess that's the way the cookie crumbles. I like this Arco Gas Station because it's cheaper than other gas stations in the immediate area AND it's easy to get in and out of in the morning. It's always a few cents more than the one on Watt and Auburn Blvd, but I don't fear for my life here like I do there. So an extra star. This location gets busy during the afternoons, but never too busy that I'm not able to find an empty pump or maneuver around the lot. There is a convenience store here too, but I've never had the chance to go inside. There is another Arco located at Watt and Fair Oaks, but it's on the other side of the street and priced a few cents higher than this one. A big plus for me is all their pumps and credit card readers have been working every time I stop by so I will keep coming back because of the convenience factor. read more

I would give this place no stars if I could but it's not an option and l at the very least appreciate that they were open. On my way to work, I stopped here to fuel up my car around 6:10am. I decided to grab a snack for later so I went into the am/pm and I didn't see anyone and no one acknowledges my entering the store. After grabbing my snack, I then proceed to the cashier counter and find a older guy sitting in a chair on his cell phone texting or something like that. I approach him and say "Good Morning" but no acknowledgment. I thought maybe this guy is hard of hearing so I repeat myself. After about 5 seconds, he looks up at me, then gets up from his chair. Still no greeting. Whatever. Ok, brace yourself, this is the disgusting part, he picks his nose then picks up my snack to ring it up. Oh my gosh, GROSS!! I tried to hold back my disgust for what just happened before my eyes! I couldn't though, I'm sure it showed on my face. I should have said something but I didn't though......I must have been in shock! I carefully picked up my snack and needless to say thoroughly cleaned my hands/snack several times. I regret it now. I went here today 09/20/21 the guy that work cashier all day till evening are very rude and always argue with Customers need not to be working here bad Customer service and manger are no better rude come in there every other day just get 89 cent ice the medium cup they was out of them only had large cups was charging $1.89 which are not right if your out of medium cups that's your problem but dont charge 1.89 you suppose charge 89 cents just like all other ampm stores so if they out of medium cups they charge 89 cents for large cups they out of medium cups I'm so done with this location and that cashier dude can not count be careful behind them I recommend any and every one to go to a different ampm this location sucks I will not be back this are worst location read more

This is my go to gas station. The service is good. One time I left without pumping my gas. When I realized an went back the guy had no problem putting it back on the pumps for me. Which has happened else where (ya kinda blonde like that) an when I returned was told there was nothing they could do. It tends to be busy but what AM/PM isn't? Enough space to wait for the next pump. This is my first review an I chose for it to be my go to for a refuel of car an thirst :) read more

Yesterday morning 7/14 at 645am me and my friend went into the store to purchase gas and cigarettes we put our masks on, when we entered two other people were in there with no masks on so we asked the cashier who was stocking water why he was not wearing a mask and why other customers were being allowed to come in without masks, he told us he doesn't enforce the rule and if we diden't like it we could leave which we did also cashier behind counter diden't. Have mask on also, we did inform him that it mandated that anyone entering a business bust where a mask, but again he said he was not enforcing the Mandate read more

Decent station, usually has low gas prices. But beware trying to get to a pump, it gets crowded. FAST. Don't let the spacious back lot fool you! Otherwise good service. The pay machines don't take cash... gotta go inside for that. read more

This station have very bad customer service. The attendant was rude. I went to pay for gas inside my transaction when through approve. The pump did not start pumping the gas. I went back as show the receipt to the attendant, which he said the transaction was cancel. I show him my receipt. He was rude said that he could not do anything about it. I ask to pull up the last few transaction to see and he refused. I then had to call my bank to check and see if this was credit to my account. I found out it wasn't. I don't know what he did or why he did it to void my transaction. This station has lost another customer and I will be tell my co workers. Watch out for ARCO on Watt and Alta Arden. read more

The refrigeration is constantly broken. The drinks are not filled from the back so they're warm up front. The debit/credit fee is a surcharge. Eveything here is so over priced. 6 bucks for a 16oz redbull that's warm. The service is rude. They apparently only hire one race. The store is also filthy. I would not recommend. read more

Horrible attendants. There was a severely handicapped gentleman pumping his own gas when I arrived. It literally took him 20min to get back into his specially developed car. I was appalled that no one came to help him when he pushed the attendant button. I asked him if he needed some help, but he just wanted his change and was to tired to try and walk back inside. I went in the station to get it for him. I gave the cashier a piece of my mind and he proceeded to tell me he was by himself. Lies.... there was someone stocking shelves (who later got on a register) and another in the back room. I will never again give this station any business. read more
