Possibly the most rude people I have ever met. We simply asked to use the restroom which initially we were allowed but a minute later they said that we were not allowed to be there anymore. even after buying multiple items we were still told not to come back. we've never been here before. I've been coming here all my life, and will every time I'm in Sacramento in the future. Their prices aren't the cheapest around, but honestly who can compete with the prices at ARCO? Nobody, but at least chevron has quality gasoline. It definitely lasts longer in my car, and paying the extra couple cents per gallon is DEFINITELY worth it. I usually pay in cash, so I usually have to go inside to pay. Lots of the employees I frequently encounter there even remember my face, which is pretty neat considering they probably see thousands of faces every day. They've got great snacks inside too. I usually fill up here and grab snacks on my way back to the bay area (where I live now). I remember about ten years ago, this location closed down for a while and my family and I was so sad, but they reopened! And we instantly switched back to this chevron any time convenience permitted it, which it usually did, since my family lives just down the street. My boyfriend came and pumped gas here. He only pumped a few dollars into his Honda Civic but after he finished pumping, his gas level was the same as before. Thank you for your great service! I received excellent care at the 2500 Fulton Av. Chevron station. A situation came up at the gas station and the effort to take care of my problem could not have been better and was quickly resolved. Hats off the Sunny, the Manager, and Jay, the attendant, they are awesome! Also I have been a Chevron gas only customer for 30 years and it has been well worth paying a little extra for top quality gas with Techron, it really makes a difference. The engines on my many cars over that time don't seem to age. One, my 1993 Dodge B250 has over 210,000 miles on it and I marvel at how it runs like new. Techron really works! read more

Clean station and great service! I was stuck on the side of the road with two little kids. The owner came out and tried to help me with my car. We had to get a tow truck but the owner offered me to wait inside the station since it was raining. He also gave my kids snacks to munch on while they waited. These guys are so helpful. Worst location ever!!! I would give them -1 star if that was a choice. I pumped gas and the. Purchased a car wash. The car wash was not working properly and did not have the proper pressure for the wash. I went inside to get a refund and the service desk told me to try it again. I said ok and that I will record it to show him. Went through it again and the same outcome. Went back inside to complain and showed him the recording of the wash. He told me that it works and that he wasn't going to do anything about it. I'm not sure what kind of hiring process chevron but this location is horrible. read more

As a life long connoisseur of petroleum, I must say that Chevron is absolutely the best gasoline that have ever used in my life. There is something about this brand of fuel that provides everything one could ever hope to achieve in vehicle performance and power. Of chief importance is the secure peace of mind that is experienced, once Chevron gas is in the tank - and - my vehicle runs far better then it otherwise would during those times when I am forced to use inferior products when motoring out of the area. Moreover, the facility is snappy-smart in both location and service. I've been going to this station for 3 years, normally I don't have to walk inside, yesterday, I did, and it wasn't pretty. Rude and generally unprofessional is the tone I would say matches their general business practice here. The reason I went inside is I had purchased a "Delux" car wash which caused, as I was quoted today nearly $1,000 in paint damage (as quoted by Hayes Brothers) to my car when one of the moving sprayers scraped its metal nozzle up the hood of my Mini Cooper S leaving a huge gouge. I pulled around and showed the damage to the manager who said it was 'obviously' pre-existing on my pristine car weekend car even though the car was wet and the scratch was stark white and chalky on the silver hood. I asked for the owners information, found out later I was given the number for that location instead, many calls later, including two from my insurance company, this is not resolved, they simply will not fess up to the issue, they refused to even look at the video footage from the car wash when I asked them to. At this point, I'm handing the battle off to my insurance company after filing a claim, but the fact that I've had to do that proves the truly horrific lack of customer service at this lackluster gas station, I will not be going there, nobody I've talked to plans on going there anymore, they're just bad, horribly bad, avoid it like the plague. read more

About a year ago I filled up my gas tank & went on the car wash. Like the other review I usually purchase only the best & I've felt over the years that Chevron was the epitome of service & quality goods. The car wash stopped in the middle of the car wash. It broke down. I went inside to talk to a female cashier & she said that it wasn't the gas stations fault & that I should contact the Car Wash owner. The Chevron station accepted my money for the gas & car wash but wouldn't backup the faulty car wash. I continued & finally talked to the manager. He said that he was busy & did not have time to talk to me. He said: "Contact the Car wash.) Coincidentally, two other customer had complaints & were treated like dirt. I told the manager that I would use his station anymore. I wrote to Chevron & they credited my Chevron account the cost of the car wash. I have not returned to the station in over a year. The service "sucks" & it's a place where the customer is always wrong. I am a retired business man of 50 years. GOODWILL is what drives companies. Great carwash and shitty service. I visit around 5am after my graveyard shift once a month or so and the morning dude is an idiot. Fist off he speaks all of 12 words of english. Now I'm not gonna bust his ass too hard for that cuz when you come to this country, you gotta start somewhere. But the idiot part still stands. I get a car wash every time I get gas here I buy a car wash so I prepay for my gas and car wash inside. And every time I do he asks if I wanna pay debit or credit. I tell him debit, I start my debit card, am not given an option to enter my PIN and get an approved transaction screen. The guy then gets mad at me saying, "You said debit!" I attempt to explain to him that he ran it as credit, that's why he started off by asking me if I wanted to run it debit or credit. He tells again, "You say debit!" I again attempt to explain I didn't get an option or prompt to enter a PIN. He then gives up, and angrily shoves a pen in my face and says, "Sign!". I sign it and leave. Every single time I come in over the last year we do this song and dance. They seriously need to show this guy how to use a register. Maybe some more e nglish as well. read more

This is the worst Chevron station I have ever visited. I have been a sales rep for 15 years in the central valley and I only purchase Chevron fuel for my work and all 3 personal vehicles. I purchase about $200 worth of fuel a week and visit a Chevron nearly everyday as I work out of my car making sales calls all day long. I am a lover the of stations, however the treatment I have twice received at this store makes me write this review. Please see my other review on 5/12/11 to see I wrote how great the stores and fuel are, I still believe that, but I will never set foot in this store again. I recommend that you don't either. There is an employee there, Lydia who is the worst employee I have ever encountered at a gas station. The first time I encountered her, maybe a month ago, she charged me a price different than the price posted on the wall, but it was only a few cents, so after questioning her, I just said forget it, paid and left. Today I visited the store again, and she again was there. I was again overcharged for something that said it was 99 cents on a large sticker on the wall. She said it is 1.19 after I set a dollar on the counter. I said it says 99 cents, she said well there is tax added, and I said ok, I will give you 8 more cents, and I got the change from my purse and set it on the counter. She snatched the drink I was purchasing, and said I could take my money she wasn't going to sell to me. Said I shouldn't be arguing over a few pennies, to which I replied you shouldn't be overcharging everyone if you overcharge everyone all day long it is a lot of money. It was a lively back and forth exchange until I went to speak to the manager who gave me a soda and apologized profusely. As all this was going on, there was another customer in the store purchasing hot food, he came over to the manager and myself and said he didn't mean to interrupt but that he had just purchased something that had a sticker that said it was one price and she charged him a different price but he didn't want to get into an argument with her, so he thought he would just tell the manager. One of the reasons that I patronize the stores is because I think they have some of the best employees, she is a terrible exception, and if you go to this store, beware as they will overcharge you and not care. Since I had just filled my gas tank before venturing into the store, I am wondering if the $55 I spent on gas is really for the correct amount of fuel, since they seem to overcharge for everything else and not care, they are likely doing this with their fuel as well. Terrible terrible customer service. They also did not refund any money to the man that was overcharged. I think a 1 star rating is too high, I would like to give them a zero.
