I went in to use the restroom with my friend, we asked for the bathroom key and let the man at the counter know I was planning to buy something after (didn't want to take my water in the bathroom). He gives me the key, we walk over- I go in and use it first, I then come out and my friend goes in and I wait for them to come out. Once they do, I go to return the key before going to grab a water in case they have someone else ask. The woman at the counter yells at me and my friend across half the store that 'ONLY ONE PERSON IS ALLOWED TO USE THE BATHROOM AT A TIME!' and I replied that we did use it one person at a time, I went and then they went. She just repeated herself incredibly rudely and was intense about it and then continued on about it as my friend and I looked at the waters. Then we got her as a check out person and she continue to be rude. Won't buy gas here or anything else again. Don't come here if you have two people who need to use the restroom! read more

I remember when this place first opened up after it sat as a vacant used car lot for so long. Still probably one of the nicer stations around. A little loose and sketchy around the ends but not bad. I wish the debit card reader didn't always give me bad luck (sometimes it fails me). I do notice they seem to be the only ones anywhere close that utilize solar power for the ampm store. We went here because it had the cheapest gas of the other two corners (Chevron & Sam's Club) but we couldn't fill up! We tried to use our debit card even with that 35 cents fee, whatever the heck that is, but it kept declining our card. I'm assuming if we used a local bank and not one from Hawaii it probably would have worked but I don't see why that really made a difference. read more

Its cheap gas, but just be aware of your surroundings, its a sketchy corner...yikes! But I love the openness of the pump station and the brightly lit lot. But still be aware here...but this will probably be the cheapest gas you can find in this area. read more

Obviously this is an ARCO - you probably aren't going here for the highest of quality. However, in terms of ARCO's this is once classy station. It has solar paneling on the roof, new state of the art pay stations, a large and clean AM/PM, and a really great car wash. The staff isn't the most helpful or friendly - but I'm not sure I'd be super friendly if I worked at ARCO either. read more

I selected the "cash back" option on the card reader so I could get $40. The employee immediately threw his hands in the air without saying anything and looked very pissed off at me. He then told me that I have to tell him first and he gestured at a very empty cash register, stating that he didn't have any cash. He told me to step aside, presumably so he could help other customers. I asked for my receipt and he became angry and said "Don't worry, I will give you your money." He angrily thrusted the receipt at me and I waited patiently to the side of the register. After several minutes he handed me two twenties and I left. Not a good experience, but at least I got my money. Hint to whatever the guys name is: you could easily have said "It'll take me a couple minutes to get the cash, please wait next to the register until it's ready. read more

I remember seeing some stupid guy on an ARCO commercial saying "oooooooooo" for the whole commercial because apparently there are supposed to be no more Debit charges and they take credit cards now. Sadly this location is either a boot-leg ARCO gas station or I saw the biggest BS of a commercial on TV cuz all I wanted to do is karate chop that guy in his neck to shuddap. read more

Every time I come to this a.m. p.m. gas station it always says something on the door about it being closed. Whether it be for a shift change or a system reboot or for them to count the till... it's ALWAYS something. You may as well go somewhere else because this gas station is most likely closed. read more

This is a message to the owner of this gas station, I myself am a business owner and on a few restaurants and bars in town, you need to understand how your employees are treating your paying customers, specifically "Larry" who seemed to be on garbage duty while I was there but was doing anything but picking up garbage. He was standing behind the register not working and socializing with "Omar". I was in line to pay for an item and pre pay gas. As I was waiting I was reading an article regarding trump pulling out to the Iran deal (I am Iranian). Omar asked me if I was video recording him (the phone was at an angle pointing at him so he assumed i was recording) and I politely responded that I was reading an article and even showed him my phone with the article present. That is when Larry raised his voice and told me to put my phone away. I repeated myself and told him that I wasn't recording and even showed my phone that had an article open. He still insisted I had to put my phone away. I told him I was paying customer and how inappropriate it was for him to order me to put my phone away and he then yelled that I was "86d" and that I had to leave or he'd call the cops. I asked for a managers name 5x and I was denied. I never got to pay for my gas and before going across the street I grabbed two different peoples information as Witness because as a business owner I know how bad employees such as Larry will lie and not admit to hows acting when you are not there as an owner. This place is completely unprofessional. The employees charged me double for gas I didn't ask for the went on to explain to me how their lack of detail is my problem. If I could I would give zero stars. I've been to a lot of gas stations with horrible employees, but this gas station so far has the worst employees. I was asking questions and the cashier looked past me and didn't acknowledge me. I was trying to get change for the air outside because my tire popped and needed air for my spare. Lady said no can't open the register. Then I asked do I have to buy something and why can't you give me the change for air? This was when she looked right through me. Finally decided to buy some gum and the other guy who took my money and looked annoyed that I was asking for all quarters left my gum by the register didn't give me a receipt or the gum. He just stood there with a blank expression on his face. A lot of people hate their jobs.. Get over it people. Warning! don't expect anything from this gas station. Pump gas there today. The employees are unprofessional. I went in to inform them that the nozzle on pump #3 came flying out on my tank when it was done filling. The pump clicked and it shot up and out spraying gas all down my right side, the pump slammed into my ankle and continued to flow out of the nozzle. I grabbed it out of the puddle on the ground, shook it and it stopped and placed it back in the holder. I went in informed the employee and walked out while my mother was still in the store paying. My mom said that the guy in the back room was inform to check it out. And instead of doing that he just told the cashier that out of 25 people who used that pump and 1 complains. And that I don't know how to pumped gas and that i was topping off my tank and that's why it did it. When in fact my hand wasn't even on the pump. And I told them to watch the video cameras and they can see what really happened. I just want to point out that if this pumped would have hit an elderly people in the ankle like it did mine, it would have probably fractured it. Will never go to this location again. read more
