I had an extremely Trumatic experience here. I'm a single mom with no family or friends no help at all. I went to get stuff it was $25. They said it was declined and for whatever reason their system glitched out. I got a notification saying my balance was zero and I had just paid them $22. It said the location of the Chevron and everything and the guy that was training the new girl, responsible for setting the example for her, laughed in my face and told me to try my scam on somebody else. yeah this is not a scam. They just stole my money and refused to give it back even though I'm showing them the transactions in my fucking account in multiple different ways I don't know why it took my money and then told them declined but it did and I have all the proof I need and this dude had the audacity to laugh at me as I'm crying because now I'm stuck as a single mom I can't get my son from daycare because I don't have any gas. Location of this Chevron is convenient to I-405 and 167. After going through the northern terminus of 167, you make a turn right onto South Grady. You will find this Chevron shortly on your right. Further down the street from here is the Renton Uwajimaya and a McDonald's. If you pass them, you have gone too far. The pricing at this station is decent. Though I was disappointed to see that the price on the sign in front didn't match the one at the pump. This is one of those stations that has different prices for cash and credit card payments. It seems like they add 10 cents per gallon if you pay by credit. Still the prices are quite good compared to most gas stations in the Seattle area. Though the Chevron stations near my home in Bellevue is a couple pennies less per gallon compared to here. If you are on the south end looking for gas, this Chevron is a good place to go. It makes for a easy place to fill up and get back on the road quickly. read more

I bring all of my vehicles to this gas station, and although the guys that work here may be a little less personable, they are still kind when you actually speak to them. I've never had a bad customer service experience here, I like the guys, I have great service, my vehicles enjoys the fuel from the station, and the prices are Great! This is the second time that I have been here and they do not have change for a $20 after I try to buy something for approximately $6.00. The first time I went I tried to give him $100 for $70 worth of gas and 2 5 hours drinks which is $5.00 and he had no change as well. What kind of gas station doesn't have change in the afternoon? Upon watching other go in & come out, as soon as I was to walk in I was denied service very rudely with no explanation.

We were getting gas and I went inside and asked where the bathroom was and the worker said "did you buy anything?" I told him I was getting gas and he told me "you're not getting gas you're in here." Then I said "do you have a bathroom!" And he said "outside." I said "where" and he said "outside" I replied "you're very rude" and he said "outside". Once my husband and I found the bathroom the door was locked, naturally. So my husband went back inside to ask the worker for the key. He then questioned my husband if he had gotten gas or not. When I first walked in cashier was stocking, perfectly fine. Walked up to cashier to pay for gas, guy was texting and helped me when he was done texting. Told him I had a number and I enter it ( number I use at other locations). He told me that it work and try to give me my money back, Not sure why. I walked in and she is arguing/ cursing at her employee for like 10 minutes (check the store cameras). I noticed she was the initiator of the argument not letting it go. Costumers were complaining about being ignored and having rude experiences. I tried to calm the argument down because my job as a psychologists is helping out people in tough situations. She seemed to have a stubborn/ my way or the highway type attitude. I walked away telling myself I will never shop there again after getting 50 dollars worth of gas and buying 16$ worth of other store items. Thats not it......... I left the store drove almost home and opened my drink I bought for 5 bucks. Its a organic harvest coconut drink. I noticed the drink taste bad. I checked the expiration date and it said October 2019. So I decided to go back and get exchange it for a drink thats not 5 months expired. I didn't want my money back just a simple exchange. I walked in and explained to her that it taste bad and it expired and she started being rude to me. Telling me Im lying and I changed the date on the bottle. I told her I have no need to lie and I even showed her my money and reminded her I just spent over 60 dollars in her store so why would I need to lie about one drink. I even showed other costumers the issue and they agreed with me. I told her she was being unreasonable and she can just check the barcode on the drink and the skew number.. She started arguing with me and when I walked out she cursed at me. This Chevron is located right next to I-405 and 167's on and off ramps. I'm sure its very useful for those who get lost and or need to quickly hop off the freeways for gas, snacks, and bathroom breaks. There's another Chevron down the street from this one, but I prefer this location because it's easier to access for me since my car is lowered. The other Chevron has very steep entrances which causes my car to scrape the pavement even if I turn the widest I can and drive slow. read more

I paid $40 to partially fill my tank and I got $39.47 out of it. Sorry, not sorry to sound cheap, but gas is gas and that counts every mile and every penny, don't cheat me even by a few cents. Also, are the owners uneducated about their own pumps? They have diesel option pumps, but the guy kept bothering me and saying that I shouldn't be in that pump.... ARE YOU KIDDING ME ? This is your gas station ... it may say diesel, but that is an OPTION ... there is still a Premium, Regular, Diesel, and Plus. So I chose the option I needed. Poor customer service. I know it's a gas station with a small snack store, but if you're working, you should have some customer service. Maria was the cashier and she was more interested in organizing her cash. She wanted me to use my debit card on a 2.18 transaction so she can organize her cash. Then she ask me if I have .18 cents in the car because she didn't want to make a mess of her coins. She had the previous customer go out to get car to get .05 cents. That's kind of ridiculous. Actually it's downright rude to insist that I go check if I have change in my car when I just want to get out of there. The curb dogs I got was hard and inedible. Worst customer service I have ever seen. They have signs up that say they honor the Chevron loyalty card, but the new owners decided they won't do that. The cashiers more often than not seem to be moronic, not even knowing that when you ask for "a" something, you want ONE! TWO YEAR OLDS KNOW THAT A MEANS ONE!
