Stopped in quickly to grab a Powerade while out running errands. Store was clean, super stocked, and Powerade was in a chilled case right at the front door. I went and got gas on Tuesday, October 18 around 8 PM, I went inside to purchase gas and the lady working in the front was following another lady around the store, obviously she assumed she was stealing, she was giving her horrible looks. When she finally came to the counter after 10 minutes I laughed and said damn I'm running late for work, she responded well that's not my problem is it? I laughed and said of course not, sorry if you took offense, she responded "Do you the want f**** gas or not? When she cussed at me, I said "hey just because you're having a bad night, please don't take it out on me, she completely went left & said "get the f***** out of my store you white b**** I'm not white btw that's besides the point, just extremely racist & rude. She then came around the counter, got extremely close to me & she was 3x my size, just trying to intimidate me. On the way out of the store, she slammed the door on my arm leaving marks. I've never been treated so badly & still kept calm, Definitely will be the contacting the manager. read more

The attendant there is a moron. First of all they won't let you pay outside with a debit card. You enter in your Safeway points then it asked you for your ZIP Code and then it tells you you have to pay inside. No signs warning you that if you use the debit card you have to pay inside. Then when you go inside the attendant is a complete idiot I tell him I want diesel and he rings me up for regular fuel and uses my Safeway points. So then I come back and tell him it won't pump diesel and show him that he ring me up for regular fuel when I told him diesel and he argues with me that he put diesel on there although it's printed clearly on the receipt. So then he tries to re-ring it on diesel and he can't seem to do it and then he tells me I can't use my $.60 off a gallon for Safeway. This guy is a moron he's busy talking on his cell phone and never hangs up the whole time he's trying to do both when he can't even handle one thing. They need to fire him and get somebody that understands how to ring people up and that can communicate with people. I literally had to go to another gas station to get diesel read more

whoever was the only employee working at 11:15 on sunday May 9th was completely out of line. I walked into the store because the doors were not lock, why would they be at 11:15 in the morning. She came in yelling and screaming at me asking why i was there. I was there to purchase from your business, lady. She said they were closed for some reason. I usually stop there everytime i go into Tukwila, but I will not anyonger and I will contact owner because people like that have no business working in a service industry. read more

I go to this station NOT for gas, but for auto maintenance. The work they've done on our two cars in recent years has been excellent, they're honest and don't try to do unneeded work, and they've saved us hundreds (if not thousands) of $s compared to similar work done by other places. More than once they've fixed problems that other places couldn't, and have fixed mistakes other places made. I won't take my car anywhere else ever again. Update 12/2012: it turns out that the auto maintenance shop at this Chevron is a completely separate business, which might explain the so-so reviews the gas station has received. Rudest customer service I have experienced in a while. I told the man at the counter I didn't need a bag. He smiled and said sorry and put it in the bag anyway. Then he printed the credit card receipt and said rudely "sign". I signed and he just turned away and started doing something else. He was a middle eastern looking man so maybe he didn't want to have to wait on a woman. He probably shouldn't work in customer service with such a bad attitude. Anyway, I won't be back. read more

This business is conveniently located next to Southcenter Mall, which probably explains the higher fuel prices. This location has a service station on the premises, but I'm not sure how the prices compare to other area service stations. There are eight fuel pumps and a small convenience store on site with snacks, beverages, and lottery tickets. I typically only stop at this location when I'm getting a lottery ticket. The selection of scratch tickets is about half of what some of the other convenience stores offer, approximately 8-10 different scratch games. read more

The Customer service is always terrible. I have never gotten gas here, but as it is right by my work, I usually stop in for energy drinks and such. Rarely are the cashiers NOT on their personal phones. Do they at least put the phone down till they are done ringing me up? Nope, just continue their conversation, and appear taken back when I interrupt their conversation to ask a question. The only reason this is a 2 Star is because of a gentleman who was covering during the weeks leading up to the super bowl. He was very professional, engaging, and friendly. I don't remember his name, but he is the only Caucasian Cashier I have seen here. I realize Customer service shouldn't be expected in a gas station, but any job that pays you to represent the company should at least be professional. read more
