They sit up and talk on the phone and have long conversations with their friends when they come in to get gas. I went in there today to get gas because I absolutely had to. I would have ran out of gas trying to make it to another gas station. So I had to stop here. I forgot to bring a mask. And I can't keep up with these mask mandates. One week it's no masks, then the next week masks again. So I forgot to bring one. I was just running in to get gas. The lady at the counter immediately said "'mam where is your mask" I said I forgot my mask, I'm about to run out of gas. She said well I'm not gonna serve you without a mask on. I asked her if she had one I could please use. She said no. I ran out to my car and grabbed a pair of my new underwear I just bought and put it on my face like a mask. When I walked back into the gas station, the lady who just scolded me about not having a mask on had her mask pulled down and her nose sticking out. She was having a long conversation with the person she was helping. No care in the world about me waiting in line while she talked about nothing with her friend. When it was finally my turn, I said "if you are gonna get on people about wearing their masks, don't you think you should be wearing yours properly??" She had nothing to say after that.
