We live near by and every time we go to this ARCO location there are broken pumps, broken card readers, out of receipt paper, printer not working. The pumps are also painfully slow. I have pointed out this consistently sorry state of repair to the staff and they rarely if never do they seem to care. Today the manager was downright rude and truly disinterested. Highly suggest the ARCO a few blocks away at 12332 Washington Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90066. They are always in perfect working order, very nice and the pumps work really fast. Worth the few minutes drive for a 100% better experience. read more

Yes the gas prices here are OK, but the service stinks. Today, I needed $9 gas on Station 5. I gave the Cashier $9 and wanted a lotto. I tried to pump and it would NOT work because she was absent minded and would not enter my $9 on the Station 5. Simple instructions. I had to come back in and tell her the Station number. Then, when I went back a 3rd time, I told her it says on the station "Pay inside or use another station" and she said it's "working, just to insert it", which I told her I did. She really wasn't paying attention in the first place that I gave her the money and pump number, which annoys me because I had to go back and forth 3 times. Service here is crazy. It's the older woman who is just clueless. The younger woman is nicer, but that older one is just not paying attention to what she is doing. But the worst part? She makes the line go long by letting people wait and serves people slowly. It is no shock they hire people here without skills to do this job. I thought that Arco was supposed to be an improvement from the previous gas station but its anything but. Its in a great location however its not well kept or well run. The place is pretty dirty and there are always tweekers around. Dont be surprised to seem someone on drugs approach you while you are pumping or a lot of times they urinate by the restaurant dumpsters. My debit card never works here for some reason its flagged so any time I want to pump gas here I have to wait in a long line in their cramped convenient store. Too broke for Chevron, Shell, and Mobil. Arco charges you a service fee for using your card which is absolute crap...So I come here. They just re-did the place, its clean and new and the lady who works the convenience store is pretty damn polite too! I like USA Gas. So until I don't, I shall continue to frequent the place. read more

dang, missed being FIRST by 28 days... As so eloquently pointed out by Sue Z, very cheap gas for location. There's another one, just off Abbott Kinney on Washington that is even remotely cheaper. You can't even touch the prices here unless you go further east and risk having to interact with the low brows... ;) jk. DO watch out for the weirdos that hang out. Don't make any eye contact and don't offer any change to them. Unless you are a double amputee, there's no reason to pay them to open the door for you. Eff those guys. Plus I think they stole my bike. They also have some pretty good coffee brewing in the wee hours. I used to stop by really early to catch my first cup. I really like the creamers they have available at my disposal. Oh, and it doesn't cost california minimum wage either. One last tidbit... they sell Blue Rhino propane tanks here. I've yet to exchange for one, but, now that winter is approaching, I might just do so. Oh yeah, last one, cheap smokes! When i USED to smoke, they had pretty good prices here. Went here on 04/16/22 at around 10:55am-11am to withdraw some quick money from the atm. I felt judged while minding my own business when the dark haired lady that was working at the time. Came all the way from behind her counter, causing other potential customers to wait on her. Just so she can pretend to put something away in the refrigerator where the drinks are near the atm. Just to see what I was doing. I do not appreciate this at all and will not be back. Hopefully someone sees this. read more

Really? No reviews for this place yet? Ok, so all my reviews can't be edge- of- your- seat quality. BUT. those reviews usually don't save you money either (ie. excellent places to eat foie gras....mmmm). This gas station is pretty straightforward. It's located by the 90freeway, and Jerry's Deli, and actually one of the CHEAPEST gas stations on the westside. Today, it was 2.89, only 4 cents higher then the prices in Glendora, and Azusa. And gas is always cheaper on the eastside. Only 10 miles away, by Fairfax, the gas is at least over 3.50, why the price difference? maybe some people just really really want to spend more money. It's 24 hours, which is great, it does tend to get crowded around 2-5pm- but I hear it's always better to get gas at nighttime anyways. The convenience store next to it is open 24 hours as well, in case you want to pick up some unhealthy nibblets. And why 4 stars? Sometimes there's some random creepers/homeless people hanging around, so late night ladies, by your lonesome, make sure to watch your back. This is directly located by Jerrys, CVS, Nichols, CITIBANK, Chase, all that good stuff. So it's really a one stop all errand destination. read more

Beware of buying gasoline here with a credit card! Whoever has access to the pumps stole my credit card number and attempted to buy something online and charge a hotel room. Fortunately the fraud department caught it and declined the payments. I know this is the place because I rarely use that particular card and when I do it's for gas. I'm good about checking for external card readers also and there were none at this pump. The logical conclusion is that someone has access to the pumps themselves. Watch out!!! read more

Garbage service, you can't pay outside, they don't accept credit, and there's a fee for using debit. I'd rather run out of gas than go here.

Fill up with gas at this location weekly but just found out since Arco purchased this location they don't accept credit cards any more. Not sure what's up with gas stations moving to only cash and debit, but they definitely lost my business moving forward. Go to 76 around the corner as it's the next closest spot that doesn't inconvenience their customers. read more

Pump #9 at this station can break the laws of Physics. It pumped in 4.411 gallons of gas into my 4.2 gallon gas tank. Ms. Guzman refunded me 3 dollars, even though the price of a gallon is 3.85, and did not shut the pump off. It is pump #9 at this store. It is not calibrated correctly...use at your own risk!!!!!! read more

Just came to this Arco and pumped gas, was waiting in the car with my friend. Rolled the windows down while we wait for the shift swap. So the girl was doing the pump checks and I complimented her jacket to my friend YET SHE ASSUMED I told her to shut up Cuhs she was on the phone . Point is she stopped all our pumps without saying a word and my friend went up there, she gave him attitude saying "I can refuse service, I don't like her" then said "you can try your card and we'll see if it works" VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! They never have paper for receipts at the pumps. Each time they tell they ordered paper and I heard it for 2 months. When I said Olga that it's not good, she said "That's alright". Half of the pumps never work because of electronic issues. If you want to waste your time - welcome here. read more

Convenient hours, good prices, but I always feel like I have won the lottery when I find a pump that will read my credit card. Many of their pumps do not. You need to fix the scanners on your gas dispensers. They almost always give me a hard time reading my card and I end up having to go inside, especially when I'm in a hurry. This is very annoying and time-consuming and will definitely influence where I purchased my gasoline from now on. Whenever this happens, They give me some lame excuse about the magnetic strip on my car being damaged... Really then why does it work inside? read more
