So as I was heading into the park for a hike (realizing I had forgotten several key items--coffee included) and decided to stop. They had standard coffee and snacks, but also an assortment of cheaply-prices gloves that I perused (and purchased) as well as Forest passes for sale, which was also good because mine had expired several months ago. The clerk was a nice guy who was incredibly helpful and had reminded me about pass-parking (and saved me from a ticket!). It's a great store to have around for last-minute and forgotten items. The main idea was to kill a bit of time and the hope of maybe seeing some baby chicks even though they are often in these stores on a seasonal basis. Well indeed we did get to see the baby chicks. Many were older at this point and had their own feathers but there were younger furry ones too. The older ones yellow fur was gone but they were still very cute. All different kinds of different chickens here also so quite a nice variety of types. Don't handle them on your own as the signs indicate as a staff member needs to be reached before going further with that. There are lots of other inventory for your agricultural needs and in my mind would be a great place to go to stock up on supplies.
