On a beautiful Saturday the Lynnwood locations car wash was unfortunately closed. Against our better judgement we went to the dreaded Alderwood location to clean our son's car. The car wash started and immediately the middle of the windshield cracked and then spidered into the entire windshield. We reported the incident immediately and took several photos. There was no manager on duty on a Saturday? We then contacted him first thing Monday morning. He insisted we drive the car back where he told us the crack was in the inside...hmm. I guess not only is he a weekday manager but also a glass expert. We have tried several times to get anyone (else) to return our calls to no avail and there is apparently no other manager to talk to at anytime onsite. Our insurance has told us they will not cover it as it is considered third party damage. Not to mention at time of purchase on the inspection of the vehicle no windshield damage was found. So my (Autistic) 16 year old is left with a car that is illegal to drive. Thanks Levine family, we will never use your company again. We will now determine if this is worth pursuing in small claims court.

Convenient location in a busy area with option to self-serve. I think I got the basic or medium one. For a light-medium soiled car like my early-gen small SUV (Subaru Forester), it did a great job. I especially like the softer bristles & slower spin (compared to most competition) which I think is perfectly adequate for loosening your every-day dust & grime AND in addition to less cabin noise and I think saves their energy bill. I do recommend all folding mirrors fold in to avoid accidental mirror damage (one of mine flipped forward); normally I do it or ask staff to do it but they forgot. during the drying area be ready to turn right in the narrow exit (stone wall against left corner).
