This establishment is racist. I've been here more than 10 times in the past 2 months. I work for a security company who uses this gas station regularly to fuel some our vehicles. Each time I've come in and needed to use the restroom I was told it was out of order (6x). I'm at my breaking point because I just tried again. 12/29. The reason why I say it is racist is because I've noticed the two Hispanic men who work in the evenings never allow me to use the restroom. I've waiting to see if they would let someone else use the restroom and that did happen after them telling me the restroom was out of order. The 1 time out of the 6 times I requested to use the restroom and young lady allowed me to do so with no issue. read more

Location is convenient but Either the staff or owner are a bit shady. One time I accidentally took off with the hose attached to my tank so I went inside to tell them about my accident the cashier at the time got my info the called me a day later telling me that I need to pay them 500 bucks cash. I'm sure they have insurance for this type of scenario cuz I'm sure it happens often. I figured I'd ignore it until someone above the cash register contacted me and to my surprise one ever did. NOW 4-15-21 they cut you off at 50 buckswhen using a debt card, the cashier said I have to swipe twice if I want more than 50.00 soooo.. charge me .35 cents twice?. Today (02-12-21) at 8:20pm, I went this gas station for fuel as usual. I prepared for payment for fuel 55$ with the fat Mexican lady for the bill 1$ x 35 and 20$ x 1. She looked at me so strange and said to my money " what was that? " and she asked me "what did you work to get this kind of money ", then she counts it and she acting like confusing or not happy with that. Before she accepted my payment she asked me again how much did you gave me then she told me that, this store will not accept cash after 8:00am. I wouldn't even rate this place with 1 star. Horrible service. I paid for 2 "Deluxe" Car Washes and ended up with some horrid rubber stains on the right side of my brand new 2019 RAV4. I I took my other car as well, a 2007 Hyundai Azera and although the rubber stains aren't as bad, they are noticeable. My RAV4 is WHITE! And you can clearly see what the wash machine did to the right side of my SUV. When both cars came out and I noticed the marks I immediately went to the cashiers inside to give them the complaint. They were not apologetic about it at all, and simply said "The manager is not here, come back tomorrow." Excuse me? At least have the courtesy to come see what the customer is talking about, write a note and leave it for your manager or supervisor to review the following day. Customer service at this place is ridiculous. I left my name and number there for a Supervisor or manager to call me. Do I expect a call? Probably not, seeing how insignificant customer service is to this place. This place is a joke. read more

An inefficient place. I continue to come here because they have very economical gas prices. But the service usually deters me and I choose another gas station. The customers are pretty polite to one another, waiting in line, and taking their turn. There's always a serious backup because of the checkout process. The ATM for taking gas never works. There are 4 registers inside the AM/PM, but there's always only one or two checkers. At 6:00 and 7:00 a.m., and at 5 & 6 p.m., the manager should know to have a checker on each register. Went there to pump gas and I paid on the machine outside with my debit card the next day I was scammed out of 4K from my bank account!! I don't normally write reviews but I was running low on gas and this Arco was the closest one to me. I was amazed at how low the diesel price was so I filled up my 44 gallon tank. Now I know why the gallon so cheap! I normally get 740 miles to the tank but after filling up at this Arco I only got 683 miles to the tank. I normally use Chevron or shell Diesel and I will continue to do so. read more
