Since they changed to accepting credit cards, their debit card price went from .35 cents per transaction (which my bank reimbursed) to charging credit price for debit transactions.. This is just underhanded especially since the cost of a debit transaction is less than the cost of handling cash. Do not recommend these underhanded approaches to taking more money from customers! read more

This is usually my go-to gas station, but lately, it's been way too much hassle. The debit card machines no longer work, and I was told that it's because they are re-installing a new card system. Fair enough, but it's now been over a month and no progress has been made! You have to go inside if you would like to pay with debit, which, yes.. is NOT the end of the world. But I went yesterday morning before work, and as I was going inside... the door was locked! There was a cashier clearly in there with another customer, but for some reason they looked the door? As they saw I was outside, they just kind of blankly stared at me. It looks like they lock the door for a customer-by-customer basis for some reason (safety? Idk.. it was like 7:10am and it's not exactly a sketch neighborhood). So for what used to be a 2-5 minute trip to the gas station is now an 15 minute ordeal - 15 minutes which unfortunately I am not willing to dedicate to a trip to the gas station. I left and went somewhere else. There's another gas station near downtown Campbell so that will probably be my go-to from now on. read more

The price for credit card is about $.10 more than the price for cash. However, I have a mobility issue and tried using the handicap pump and the card readerdidn't work. I hung my blue placard hoping somebody would come out to help me. No one came. I will not do business here again; they are not responsive to people with disabilities. read more

Me and my family usually comes here to get gas but I will not becoming here again, The owner is a nice guy been going here for years, but this morning when I went to pay for gas a employer of his didn't want to accept my money I handed him 25$ in cash and some quarters and change dimes etc. about 3$ worth, He didn't want to accept it so I asked for the owners number and he wouldn't give it to me, He also tried to say I try threatening him but that was false to because I told him if that's true then call the police because I know they have live cameras in the store, He didn't of course, I recorded him using profanity and lying saying I threatening him on my cell phone and if the owners would like to see the video I recorded I'm more than happy to send it to him, this happened around 9:05-9:15am March 14th Sunday.. read more

I get gas here a lot. For a gas station by itself, the prices are usually pretty reasonable. Cheaper gas is more than 2 miles away so I usually stop here. The guys who work here are pretty friendly too. read more

The service of this gas station is lousy. Especially for the service person named "" Mohit "". I took the entertainment.com (am/pm) coupons there to buy a chicken sandwich and a soft drink. He told me that he cannot take 2 coupons at the same time. My first suggestion is that if he is willing to separate the receipt, I am willing to purchase the gas also. It is a win/win situation. He does not take that. My second suggestion is that I will buy the chicken sandwich and come back to buy the soft drink. He tell me he will only take a coupon "per day." He forced me to choose between having a chicken sandwich for my lunch or having a soft drink for my lunch. Any rational person will take the chicken sandwich for lunch right? So I tell him I will buy the chicken sandwich but not the soft drink. Now he states that he "will not take any coupon" unless I buy the soft drink at regular price. To uphold my dignity I ended up buying nothing and waste my trip to that station. I will never go to that station again unless it is absolutely necessary. Terrible gas station. At the pump, your options are prepay inside or use debit. With all of the scamming at the pumps happening, this is not a friendly way to force your patrons to do business. I will never come here again unless I'm in a gas crisis. read more

Terrible service and machines dont work The cash/debit machine did not work. It rejected my cash and my . card both inserted correctly. I went inside and the gentleman argued with me that the machine worked but had nothing more to say than 'It Works!' My card went through fine when he ran it. Another gentleman came to use the machine outside and it also did not work and as I looked inside while pumping my gas the man that worked there was waving me on to get me out of there. I was only trying to help him to get his machine fixed but he was nothing but rude. read more

I work very close to this gas station, and today (11/11/13, Veterans Day) an employee of this gas came into my job asking for change for $2 for the station (specifically $2 in pennies). My boss' rule is no doing change, unless the person buys something. So I told the employee "I'm sorry, I'm not allowed to do change, and the change that we do have has to last us until tomorrow." The employee then rolled his eyes at me and said "oh whatever" very rudely and walked out. I feel like if you are running an errand on behalf of your job, especially when you're wearing the company shirt, you should uphold a polite attitude, even if you are annoyed that another company can't help you with change. ALSO, a couple years ago I came in here at around 10:30pm (their little shop was still open) wanting to use the bathroom, and a different employee straight up told me no! I even asked him if I could use the bathroom if I bought something, and he was still saying no! This was the FIRST and ONLY time I have EVER been denied using the restroom at a gas station that was still open. Horrible customer service, both in and out of the gas station! read more

They usually have the cheapest gas in Cambell. it's located between Nob Hill Foods and El Paseo De Saratoga shopping center. recently, their machine swallowed my $10 bill. without any drama, the cashier took my phone number and told me when they open the machine, they will do an audit. I recently got a call from them that they found my bill. I'm giving them five stars not only for value, good service but intregrity as well. Word of advice: keep those crumpled up bills for human cashiers only. read more

Yay. I got shortchanged on Friday, got back to my car, noticed that instead of a $20 and a $5 bill I had a $10 and a $5 - went back inside, thought I was getting the runaround when the manager said to leave my name and phone number and they'd check the till that night and get back to me if they found the $10. I was very skeptical because they didn't call until just now, Monday but, yes, they did come out ahead and the owner called and told me to come by and pick up the $10. I am very satisfied with this station. It's a bit of a schlep for me, living closer to Deanza, but I find that about half the time I drive over here I can save a penny or two on gas. I can frequently find a reason to go to REI or Target or Lucky on Saratoga. read more

Arco is known for its affordable gas and easy to access gas station and this one is no exception. Arco is always the best place for gas.

I can't believe that this Arco keeps gas prices so low, even cheaper than Costco. Also, recently they have remodeled the market which looks super clean and very well organized. Besides, the market they have sandwich for midnight snack or even quick and convenient way to stop by for a meal. Keep up the good work!! I highly recommend them. read more

Went in to buy lotto for a stocking stuffer for Christmas, I requested 4 five dollar super lotto which totaled $20 and I confirmed that with the employee he looked confused but tried he unfortunately printed 4 single super lotto i was willing to work it out however the supervisor came and took over and proceeded to tell me how wasteful I was and that it was my fault he then proceeded to process the correct order and threw them at me, I know there was a miscommunication and I was willing to take the single orders just to avoid a mishap but wow I will never set foot at this one again read more
