Filled up my truck on station 5 with the button saying $4.39 (debit card 87 octane) but as I was pumping it showed $4.89. I cut it off at 7.2 gallons and got my receipt which also showed $4.89. I took it inside and said what happened and the owner(?) claimed I must have hit 99 octane, but that button was missing from the pump and wasn't even possible to push. He gave me a refund of $1.25 claiming $4.69 as the price. Shady operation, I'm just glad I didn't fill up my trunk the rest of the 30 gallons. read more

We stopped at this ARCO on the way back from Palm Springs to top off the tank with cheap gas before heading over the pass. From that standpoint the visit was a success. I had to go inside to pay (the pay station outside won't take $100 bills) and the AM/PM minimart inside appeared to be well stocked. Unfortunately, they dropped from four stars to three when I attempted to use the restroom. There was a hand lettered sign taped to the outside of the bathroom door which asked me to please knock first as the door might not lock. I knocked very loudly and leaned my head close to the door to listen; nothing, not a sound. I knocked a second time and upon hearing no response attempted to open the door. The lady inside screamed rather loudly, startling me, though honestly I'd bet she was more startled than I was. I decided that I could wait to find another restroom farther down the I-10. The sign didn't look new, so I'm guessing that this has been a issue for some time. I usually prefer to make pit stops on long road trips that include food, gas, and restroom stops so I'm not certain I'll be back here again. read more

I stop here to fill up my gas. I went into the store to buy some stuffs and want to use a restroom from a long drive. I checked the restroom and everything are fine. Nothing wrong with it. I went out to ask the employee to see if I can use the restroom but he lied and said it out of order. So mess up. I wonder can I sue them for doing that? They only take debit and then charge an extra fee for all debit transactions? Pricing is dishonest. This extra fee makes it equally if not more expensive to surrounding stations. They lure you in with falsely low prices. read more

Everytime I go here there's always someone begging for money or the new thing, begging for gas. Past two times I was there I was hit up for money and gas by two different people. One morning there were three different beggers one sitting in front of the double doors with a sign!. One other was begging for gas the third was begging for money. I went to fill up my car. I noticed there were no security seals on the pumps. Further more than one pump shows evidence of tampering such as the door being pried open. I talked with Robert the attendant his response was he didn't care. Until the owner secure his pumps I would advise you to buy gas elsewhere. read more

Not bad for a road side gas station, it was clean and had a lot of the same amenities as the one's in the city. Usually I am skeptical about gas stations on the road, however I would go here to purchase gas again when in the area. read more

Watch your receipts. I used to go here in the morning, often bought a beef stick. Price tag said $1.49. I realized they were ringing up at $1.59. Told them; they adjusted my charge to $1.49. Next time; same thing. Next time, same thing. Next time... Finally, after 6 months of this, an extremely rude cashier (hey, I'm not the one overcharging people) came around the counter and ripped the price off of the display and said "There. It's $1.59!". I have no problem paying $1.59, but not if it's labeled $1.49! Finally, AM/PM recently decided to institute 20¢ jumps between fuel grades instead of the industry standard of 10¢. Good price for regular, but an additional 20¢ for mid grade, and another 20¢ for premium (40¢ higher than regular). read more

Cheap gas. Island terminals tend to be dirty. Cashiers are friendly. They are chronically understaffed so lines inside twnd to be long.

gas is always cheap here as all arcos in the pass area are the same price. this one is centrally located on highland springs, being that i grew up in this area i have pumped gas here too much...... the price great... the upkeep? meh..... hardly ever go in as its not changed in 20 plus years really, the cash/atm recepticals outside can use a cleaning and maintaining every now and again. read more

Gas Station is run by hindus from India. The men pretend not to know ENGLISH, so they act stupid. The other day I gave one of them a 100.00 dollar brand new bill, not knowing that a 2nd one was stuck to the back of it. I had 300. before I went gas station, I gave him what I thought was 1 bill and later when I left and counted my cash I was short 1 bill. I returned later that day, and the guy who attendend me couldn't look me in the eye. And denyed I gave him 2 bills. To this day, he still can not look me in the eye.
