Ampm on horizon is always clean and fully stocked. Love the guy in there, you know, he is always there. He is so nice and helpful.

This was just a quick stop for fuel in Vegas before heading back to the RV. Diesel was on the lower price for most places in town. Signs outside said no credit cards/debit only. So I went inside to pay and it said there was a .35 charge for debit? Really I said so he said he'd reimburse me because his credit card was down and he did. That was great customer service!! I come back I only gave 4 stars because the parking lot was a little tight to navigate with our huge dually pick up truck. Otherwise nice customer service, clean store and decent price fuel. read more

I came here for gas. I put my debit card in the machine and immediately got a fraud protection alert. I guess the machine was rigged some kind of way to look normal, but it was trying to scam me out of $175.00 in gas I hadn't even received yet. My card was closed because of this and the fraud transaction was declined. Good job Chase! But 0 stars here at Arco, would not recommend! read more

Hi there. My name is Dennis. I was in your store today for a brief moment. My daughter was at your station on Friday and her card got stuck in pump 17. Well today my daughter decided to give your store a call today been Sunday. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude to my daughter. To the point where my daughter couldn't even talk anymore. I was standing right there while my daughter was talking to her and she was being very polite. so then my daughter and I decided to take a drive down there to find out if we could get the card back. Since you guys did get it out of the machine and did not call her like she was told you were going to. She gave her phone number to two different employees who both told her that as soon as the card came out of the machine, she would get a call. She did not. Sorry for going off track. Back to the lady. When we got there before we even got out of our car, she took one look at us and started to turn around and walk away. Somehow she Musta knew we were there for the card. As soon as we got out of the car, I said hi there we're here to pick up the card that you guys got out of pump 17 for my daughter. As soon as I said that, she exploded and started yelling and screaming at me. Being downright belligerent. I took it for a few seconds, and then I exploded myself. Gave her one good shout out. And then I called the police. As I'm on the phone with the police, she comes out of the door, yelling, and screaming again. But with the card in her hand and handed it to my daughter. All is fine now. But now that elderly lady that is working there and my daughter and myself we all get to think about this now. And it's not real fun to think about. Please, I'm begging you to ask that lady to get her emotions in check. I'm not real sure why she's such an angry person. But take a good close look because she is. It is a gas station LOL. I thought prices would be a bit cheaper in Nevada for gas but nope they are pretty much the same as in the Bay. The one thing I did not like is that you were only able to use your ATM card outside. So I would have to go inside to use my CC for my mileage but I didn't want to wait in the long line just for 7 bucks in gas for the rental and they also charged me a fee for using my ATM now ain't that about a B****. I had to repark my car a few times because some of the pumps were down and it is a very busy station. It is not very clean like many of the gas stations in my area and even the handles were oily with gas so I wanted to go wash my hands but again, I had no real desire to go into the store for the patrons looked a bit scary to me. This is not in one of the best areas in Vegas but it was on our way back to the hotel and I needed to fill up the car rental. read more

Located right by the strip and UNLV. Cheap gas prices especially since its so close to the strip. Parking in here is a little awkward and can get difficult to maneuver in if it's busy. Area is pretty sketchy too. I found a bullet on the ground once while pumping gas lol They don't accept credit cards. Cash and debit only. And they charge a couple extra cents to use debit. read more

No public restrooms. Okay gas prices 3.45 a gallon use cash or they charge a fee. Workers were distracted and not focused on customers.

I'm really upset that you you you advertise that you sell propane but you get your propane filled here I've been hit to the store for different times and have not been able to get propane I come back at the certain time they come and come back and he still can't get propane I came back at 9 a.m. in the morning still can't get propane quit advertising it cuz you don't offer it 24 hours a day you don't offer it at all. If they don't have enough employees and you know if they don't sell it. So put offering it or put more employees on I'm tired of coming here and can't get propane but I'm just going to go somewhere else read more

We had some trouble paying with our debit card and a very nice employee helped us figure it out, filled our gas tank for us and offered us free coffee (the four of us). We'll come back for sure next time we're in Vegas ! read more

To bad there's no zero stars. I am referring to the male staff. One who not only gives no concern to the freeloaders outside his store he obviously doesn't care about. Bad enough that I gave a "starving" vagrant panhandling in front a couple bucks. But the same vagrant saw my shirt. A non racist band tank top. And said " glad to see the old German ways are still being upheld." Referring to an eagle on the shirt. As well as my tats. Mostly ravens. Until I pointed out my Star of David tattoos. I find that irritating. But that's what some homeless beggars take I corrected. The real jackass? Was the male employee. I stated that I don't like the vagrants statements. No answer. Far too busy on his phone. And when I asked about a small bottle of wine? He ignored me twice, before snapping back " if it's not on the rack? We probably don't have it." This is a common wine. Okay so just stop by ampmArco gas on Maryland Parkway to get some gas. As usual the clerk/ cashier person that really doesn't want to be there (Numbi is his name I think) doesn't greet anyone is a walking to the store. So I just stood there staring dumbly at him as he was staring at me to see how long it would take for him to open his mouth and earn his money. After a few seconds of both of us looking dumb. He simply said which pump, and I said 10 and he said how much and I said $10. So where are you finding these people first question. What are you training these people second question. And maybe you should pay them more to appreciate their job. Cuz he really didn't. read more
