So I came in, paid at registrar, went out, was not able to pump. Probably user error, teehee. I go to registrar, employee wos on phone, so an other employee stops mopping, comes help out because she had rung me up and could easily explain what happened. We re-rang transaction. Which was a borther to her, she had to get off phone. Then as I am walking away states: you can go across the street. I said pardon: she repeated getting her thought out. Processed to say there is a TOWER gas station across street. However, there isn't, it is miles up street. She had to top it with a lie. With inaccurate information. SMH but why?? There was not even a problem, she had to say that I should go to TOWER MARKET. Damn, I would hate to work here. Imagine there not being any drama, but your co worker has to create negativity in your work environment. Sucks to work here. Hell it suckd to have to come in. read more

normally there is excellent service but as soon as i walked up Anna was rude as heck then when i walked inside to change the pump because MISTAKES HAPPEN she was soooooooo rude. shaking her head, rolling her eyes, yelling at me to make sure no one was there when i stayed polite and monotoned. if it wasn't one thing it was another. i get it, ive worked at gas stations before but at least be decent and adult not act like a child throwing a tantrum because a HUMAN made a MISTAKE gezzus christ come on. it's hot. i get it. people might have a bad day but be human if you work with people read more

If you want cheap gas, then this is the place. But it is honestly one of the worst places I've ever gotten gas. To start, it's dirty-- all kinds of trash, debris, and just plain grunge seemed to coat the parking lot. I pulled up and there were two police cars right up front- probably not a good sign. I looked for an open pump and found none, so we waited in line for an open spot--- only to find MULTIPLE EMPTY CARS parked at the pumps for 5-10 minutes each. It was very bizarre. We watched as other cars waiting for another pump zipped in and out while we waited. Then there was a weird guy who started hitting on a woman who came out to one of these cars parked at the pump. She was not having it and we felt like we were watching a METOO moment unfold. Overall, I felt like this could easily be a place for drug exchanges. don't need to come back here! read more

35cent transaction at the pump you pay to give them the overpriced cost of cheap gas deducted from your account to there's immediately. What the heck it's really his bank charging him I bet u not. Terrible. Pumps never work, credit card machines never work. Always crowded. Not worth the slightly lower price.

Pretty foul and really spooky Arco! Definitely not the greatest spot. Safety felt a little bit in jeopardy. However the advantage here is they have ice cream and that's one of the few places around that has it after 10pm bc the local cvs closes at 10. read more

This gas station is trash. Half the card readers don't work at the pumps and it seems like half the pumps aren't working at any given time. I think the guy who owns all the ARCOs in the desert should be ashamed of his skanky this location always is. read more

Horrible I walked into the store and there was 2 lines & 2 registers open I was in next in line on the left register and the cashier literally walked away and started doing other things the cashier on the right was with a customer which I didn't understand why the other one walked away . She was rude when I asked her is your register closed ignored me 2 times I said excuse me and she still ignored me I literally had raise my voice in order to get a response from her which was rude . It was on 4/8 around 730 am . Her name started with a R very unprofessional when she started speaking in Spanish about the the situation they just assumed that I don't know Spanish myself so just so you know I understood everything both cashiers were saying . I would never want that type of service my business. read more

Went to the Arco in Palm Springs at Vista Chino and Sunrise for a quick fill up of gas. Of course, pay at the pump not working as usual, had to go inside and wait 20 minutes with the people buying lottery tickets, hot dogs etc. for the privilege of paying .40 cents per gallon more than anywhere else. Skip it! So many places very well managed. Not here! read more

Car wash badly tore the undercarriage of our Mustang. We followed guidance of attendant on duty in aligning the car prior to entering. On closer inspection, the guide rails are high and not rounded ( its like an I beam - square). They said that they will do nothing and pointed to a sign fastened to the wall out of view as you enter the car wash. Such "use at your own risk" signs are meaningless in law, they are liable. Stay clear if you do not want to damage your car. read more

After paying their debit card convenience fee the fuel pump wasn't working and terminated the transaction. My transaction charge was $.51 (with no fuel). I had to get back in my my car and reposition to a different pump and go inside to seek assistance. I informed the attendant about the problem with the pump, and asked to pre pay for the fuel on a new pump. He took my card and attempted to charge another debit card convenience fee! I told him I'm happy to pay for one transaction fee, but not two. He told me the fee is for the bank transaction and the transaction worked even if the pump didn't and would not waive the fee. I again told him the pump wasn't working but adding insult to injury he proceeded to tell me how I was likely at fault for his pump problem! ( I know how to pump gas, it's not rocket science.) It was clear that instead of recognizing the time he was wasting he wanted to argue with me over charging another $.35 rather than keep a frequent customer. I told him to cancel the transaction and I won't be back to his station again. read more

This station earns my business for two reasons only: I would have to drive 3 miles further from my home and pay 15 cents per gallon more to go to the Shell at Gene Autrey and Ramon. At Shell, I could enjoy flowers in bloom, cardreaders that work, soothing background music, and a low-stress experience because of the spacious layout and low customer count. At Arco, I enjoy sticky, spilled-drink covered floors, card and bill readers that work sporadically, the pounding of heavy metal or the thump of gangsta rap, and a stressful, Indy-pit experience of cutting off or being cut off on the way to scoring a fill at one of the too few working pumps. I cant address the customer service situation inside the store because I don't chew tobacco or purchase malt liquor. But hey, I'll be back, because Arco's $2.00 cheaper and 8 minutes closer to home than Shell. Sometimes I wish weren't in such a hurry to save. read more

I bought 13.5 gallons of gas and paid $33.65 my tank was only filled 3/4 when the following week I bought the same amount of gas at $3.09 a gallon and it filled the tank. I was ripped off and have reported them to Weights & Measures. Great place to get things stolen out of your car.. read more

I very rarely complain on here, but this is one of the most poorly run businesses I have ever been to. Their is almost always a pump out. The store is always filthy dirty inside. But what's mostly frustrating is that their is ALMOST always NO paper in the printers on the pumps, which forces you to go inside, wait in line, before you get some nasty attendant to try and figure out how to find your receipt. I have very kindly spoken with the owner numerous times, but after years of this, it obvious that HE DOESN'T CARE! read more

If you can afford to, pay a few cents more and avoid this one. Due to low price on this day, it was very busy. After playing auto chicken until I got a pump, I find it only takes debit and will not recognize my debit card (which I used sucessfully earlier today). I went inside to pay but was unable to because the clerk said they had to know exactly how much gas I wanted ahead of time. Since I was returning a rental, I had to completely fill it and that was not an option. Either fix the pump card readers or get the same technology inside that is outside so people can fill their tanks. Will not return. read more

Would give five stars for the cheap gas. Would give one star for the awful ambience , beggars, small area for too many cars and a screwy parking lot. And the cash machines never seem to work. So I gave three stars because they have the cheap gas. read more

Is it really so much trouble to walk outside of your filthy store and fill the receipt tape once in a while??? They NEVER have tape. Some of us don't want to wait in line while folks buy cigarettes, beer and lottery tickets. We just want gas AND A RECIEPT!! read more

Literally left my job (2:15am) and decided to stop and get something to drink and a snack. The moment I drove in two females changing trash bags outside, looked at my direction and laughed. Get out of the car and walked to the door and pulled the handles. They laughed and said, we open in an hour. I get back in my car and as I'm driving away they continue to carry on say something to me. First off, don't be disrespectful to a customer because you're bored and need entertainment. Second, could've been more nice about being closed. I'm a bartender and a server so I know what hospitality should be towards customers/guests. They most definitely went about it wrong. read more

How the clerk acts like corporate trailer trash! I bought gas and this clerk is telling me I can't bring my own food in to microwave! I drive for a living and I don't dine on fast food! I was shocked this clerk would say anything like that to a paying customer. That's just fine then I'll be buying my gas at a different station. read more
