It took me more than a month to see the result which is totally unwathchable (a blue screen appears every 5 sec). After I received the returned tape, I searched for local shop and found Mike's place. It took Mike only 6 days to finish the job and it is fantastic. It turned out that there is nothing wrong with my tape and the digital transfer is flawless. I regret that I didn't go to Mike first and end up wasting time and money (the Florida company refused to give me a refund for their poor job).
