I went here in July of 2024 to have my Camry completely tinted. Not only did they complete my…read morevehicle in a timely manner of two hours, the tint job was perfect. There has been no need for rework or problems afterwards. I appreciate the SPF protection provided by the quality XPEL tint. While there I asked about tinting a panoramic all glass roof for a different vehicle. Tom was extremely knowledgeable and explained why it should not be done, while other tint shops at that time were willing to do it. Also, please note that window tint laws are not direct. What the states publish are guidelines, since there is also the laws intent to work off of. This means that if it says you can't tint front windows, courts in certain states will allow it if it's a light tint, that one can see through.

Most of our apartment windows face due west, and the summer sun is brutal. It hurt my eyes. So I…read morehired a small company whose job is to apply clear material that includes something that decreases the amount of glare without darkening the windows from the inside. It looks like the big brother of plastic wrap, but is sturdier and comes in different degrees of tint--customer's choice. We chose NEW YORK CITY WINDOW TINTING, which we found on Yelp, where they've earned many excellent reviews. (I'm finally adding mine!) Jerry Ciccio is the principle. He did an excellent job on all my windows. The cost was reasonable, he and his helper arrived as planned, and finished and cleaned up very well. If you wish, you may use my name as a positive reference. Pricing goes by the size of the window(s). You'll have to do some measuring in advance, send the dimensions to him, and then Jerry can give you an estimate. He'ss answer any of your questions and concerns, and is a very congenial guy. Now that the sun is aimed directly at us, the difference is great!

I had no idea about anything tint related, other than I needed privacy and I knew tint will help. I'm a mom and the last thing I need is anyone looking into my truck. I decided to give this company a try because their reviews on Google and Facebook were great. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, Lillian. She was so professional and informative from the very start. She walked me through the entire process, provided me with so much information on the variety of tint they carry for cars, and she even told me they can do the same for my house. Just off the strength of her great customer service and the price (of course), I set up an appointment to get my truck tinted, that same day. Within an hour, my SUV was tinted and it came out AMAZING! While I was at the shop, I talked to Lilly about getting some privacy tinting on my home. I showed her a few pictures of my living room and she provided me with a few samples to take home so my husband and I can pick the right film. All the samples were perfect for what I need. I had a hard time choosing, but we finally landed on the ceramic 35%. It still allowed a great amount of sunlight into my home, but we got the privacy we wanted and cut down on the heat and glare that was coming through the windows. We also got a lifetime warranty for both my truck and my house. So if anything goes wrong with the tint, we can have it replaced for FREE for the life of my car or house. You really can't beat that. Overall, I am extremely happy with how everything came out and how I was treated with such courtesy and professionalism from start to finish.

Now, they want to charge me another $300 to remove - not replace but simply remove - the film they installed 13 years ago, and which is peeling away. Kind of like selling you a defective product, and then charging you to have it "serviced." If I had known, I would not have had the film installed. No, thanks!
