She found this real big sink which I loved. They recommend I change the faucet, garbage disposal and pipes at the same time. That makes sense. They were right. Their price was reasonable compared to other places. Now my kitchen looks so beautiful now. Hugo did a great job and was able to finished the job in 2.5 hours. Especially when the old sink was under mount and some tiles had to removed in order to get the old sink out. No damage to the old tiles. Now thats great work. He did mostly good work on that but didn't support it well enough on one side, as it was anchored only to one truss instead of to two trusses. He also said he'd come back to finish touching up the nail holes in the trim, but he never returned even after I reminded him. I also later noticed that he used very long screws to conjoin two pieces of drywall, so those screws stuck out about 2" from the access panel, which could easily be a safety hazard.

This time he completely removed the toilet, snaked the pipes that are under the floor and found a very large cleaning rag stuck in the pipe. He replaced a valve to the toilet, replaced the toilet, cleaned the floor and put everything back. When i saw the bathroom it sparkled. AND WORKED! I installed 10" Heath subway tiles in my kitchen and there was one area that I thought looked odd (the tile wasn't long enough so they added a small piece along the edge), Dan knew that Sausalito had an overstock area and called them while I was talking to the kitchen contractor about what to do, found out they had 12" tiles in storage, in my color! He WENT TO GO GET a handful of them to make the backsplash look cohesive. I couldn't believe how he solved the problem in the few minutes I was going back and forth with the contractor. When the shower glass company came to install the glass in the bathroom he asked who did the tile work because he was so impressed with the work! Highly recommend Dan for any tile or counter work.
