The final straw was them only showing up 3 of the last 9 scheduled visits, with no warning or explanation (this was prior to all the rains). The first few days of work went well, but after that scheduling and communication became spotty from them, they had to redo some parts that were not well planned out, and ultimately parts of the work never got completed before they moved on to bigger jobs (but they had been paid).
