The estimate was more than the other local copy shop (Bel-Jean), but since I needed the copy in a rush, I just told them to go ahead and do it. Once I got the copies, they were inexpertly "bound" in the ring binder I'd requested. Several pages were coming loose from the spiral ring, and there were big blank spaces on some pages because, on the original copies, the workers had placed post-it notes they didn't remove before making copies. Great. Overall, not impressed. I'll go back to Bel-Jean next time.

I bought a conference table that was needed on short notice. I'm pleased with the table but when…read moreit arrived, it was missing two of the three legs. Thinking this was just a shipping oversight, I called and was informed that these were not included in the price I was quoted and I would need to order them for an additional $175. I'm not impressed with the bait and switch and will not do business with them again. It was a wasted opportunity for them as I would have been satisfied with just an acknowledgement that they messed this up and maybe a discount on the "additional" parts I need to make my conference table stand up.
