I never leave bad reviews but I had the worse customer service experience. I heard about Charlene through a friend . I put down a deposit for my first session of microblade brows . I arrived at an apartment complex where she's doing her business. She was 30 min late for my appointment. It wasn't a big deal but I would've figured that if I'm making a deposit that she would keep her end of the bargain on her professionalism . My brows came out great . I made a deposit to secure my second session . 4 hours before my appointment she asked if she could move my appt . I said no. Then an hour went by and I confirmed my appt for the scheduled time . She then cancelled my appt and said she can only do certain times . I said it's unprofessional how this was handled and I want my deposit back I will take my business elsewhere . She told me she didn't receive a deposit from me and she's gonna call the cops on me . I sent her the invoice and she proceeded to argue that was for the first appt. I sent her the invoice from the first appt then she said she's gonna call her lawyer . I sent a refund transaction and she hasn't refunded my money . If I were you I wouldn't put down any deposit because she won't honor your appt and she will take your money . Don't fall for her scams . Hopefully it doesn't happen to you . read more

I came here for microblading with Layla, and it was honestly the best experience I had. She really listened to all of my concerns with my eyebrows, and explained what style brow is for my face shape. She filled in my brows with a pencil first for me to see what it would look like and after all of my nit-picking (which she handled like a champ), she gave me the brows of my dreams. I just got a lash lift from Xochitl and I couldn't wait to write a review. I usually get lash extensions but I find them hard to maintain over the summer with my extreme laziness mixed with the constant pool and beach trips. Anyway, on to the review! I've been researching microblading artists for a few months now and I'm so happy I decided to go with Charleen at Arched. I don't have a lot of eyebrow hair thanks to over plucking as a teen. They never really grew back and I would spend so much time in the morning literally drawing my eyebrows (thank goodness for Anastasia of Beverly Hills) .She's very personable and makes you feel so comfortable. She explains everything and answers your questions. She talks you through the whole process. The pain was minimal but there were certain areas that felt a little more sensitive. Even though numbing cream is placed over your eyebrows prior, she's still taking a blade to your face so you will feel a little discomfort. I found Charleen on Instagram, when I went in all she was doing was bad mouthing previous women who she'd done eyebrows for with other employees. Excuse me but they are paying for a service and expect you to accommodate them, what I was thinking as I overheard! Lose the bad attitude if you want to stay employed. My microbladed eyebrows came out awful, so unnatural and uneven. Don't expect her to be responsive if you don't like them. She makes you sign forms beforehand, I can see why now. Very little professionalism overall, lesson learned. Its been a little over a month and Ive taken my eyebrows to get fixed. I love my improved microbladed eyebrows now. read more
