I called Archadeck to see if they could build a two tiered deck on the back of my house. From the very first contact I felt confident of their abilities. Being in construction myself, I am constantly reminded that it is hard to find true professionals in this industry. One of my main concerns with the overall project was the fact that my septic system is in the backyard and I had no idea where it was located (did not know of the project was even feasible initially). They assisted me in finding a company to located the outer boundaries of the system so we could move forward with a design. Once we were able to work around the system in place they helped to create a design that was appealing and also very functional for what we need. On occasion we have 10 plus people over for dinner parties, they also were able to create a niche for our Great Pyrenees to enjoy the shade. Overall I was very satisfied with the process, quality of the crews and the finished product. I would recommend without a doubt. read more

We had a pergola with under-decking installed along with a ceiling fan and concrete stain done by Archadeck. We could not be happier. The structure is an amazing 14' by 14' pergola with full under decking to provide shade. It's a gorgeous outdoor living structure to our home. From start to finish, Archadeck was easy to work with, in constant communication by phone and through their project website. The only delays in the job were due to weather which was out of everyone's control. We had to wait 2-3 weeks for the under-decking once the structure went up because exact measurements had to be obtained before the order could be sent. We were convinced our damaged concrete could not be made to look good again, but they did make it look really good. We are so happy with the concrete repair and stain as well. We are thrilled with the finished product and all of our neighbors are amazed with it as well. Truly a job well done! read more

Archadeck of Charlotte stepped in to complete a pole barn/parking structure that someone else had started. From the very beginning their professionalism stood out to us based on our previous experiences. The project took approximately 5 months to complete due to weather, holidays etc. If/when we had any questions or concerns they were handled immediately by Bill Mullis, Project Manager for the job. He was always professional, courteous and helpful. We were never made to feel as if our questions or concerns were trivial. Our job was financed and the office staff was very helpful as well. We were respected at all times as well as was our property. We only wish we would have found Archadeck sooner. We HIGHLY recommend Archadeck for all your construction/remodel projects to your home. You will not be disappointed. David and Brenda Sherrills Ford, NC read more

We had a screened porch built in spring of 2014 by archadeck. The end results were beautiful, we love our new porch and we get so much use out of it. We also had the eze-breeze windows installed, and I could not say enough good things about them. We can sit in our porch on rainy days, and no need to cover patio furniture, everything stays nice and dry. The workers were wonderful, worked very hard, long days and were very respectful . And last a big thank you to my wonderful sales rep. And project manager Greg, if I had any concerns or questions, he either called me right back or came to my home. He was right beside us through the whole project, which made it so easy. He is defintely a sincere, honest and full of personality, Archadeck is very lucky to have such an outstanding employee. Kudos to Greg. read more

I have used Archadeck for several projects including deck repairs, enclosures and back yard projects. Archadeck staff is very professional and thorough. Clean up is exactly what I expected. An attractive feature with Archadeck is their project web site. Details of what is to be expected, with a calendar is a useful tool. Also, communications back and forth are possible if needed on the web site and details of what has been accomplished and what will be happening next is a comforting feature. I have been very satisfied and I would definitely recommend this company for an add-ons, remodeling, repairs and backyard projects. Their work exceeded our expectations. Bob & J S read more

I used Archadeck of Charlotte for a patio I had put in. I had kind of a unique situation in that I had a deck, and a few feet away was a retaining wall. So I had Mark from Archadeck come out and we developed a plan to build the patio around my deck and then on one side I had the patio extend out about 12 feet. We drew up the plans and his team came out and completed the project in just a few days. I was incredibly pleased with the speed at which the project was completed and the quality of work especially considering the complexity of the job. Instead of paver stones, we did travertine and so far so good. I highly recommend Archadeck read more

We needed to replace our aging, treated wood deck and wanted to redo it with a composite deck and railing system. I am so glad I decided to make that call to Archedeck. We needed a contractor who was experienced working with the system. I had interviewed several other contractors who claimed they knew what they were doing, but couldn't give me the name of a satisfied customer to talk to. Not so with Archedeck. I was shown picture after picture of local composite decks they had built and satisfied customers to contact. Now that our beautiful, new deck is done, I can honestly say we made the right choice with Archedeck!! read more

We contracted with Archadeck to build a screen porch with an outdoor fireplace and pergola. The workmanship, quality of the materials, communication and timeliness of completion well exceeded our expectations. We could not be more satisfied with our project, it was the best investment in our home we have ever made! Eric Kent and his staff were extremely professional and walked us through the steps of the project. The communication and follow up was and continues to be second to none. I used Archadeck's Value Remodelers division for their handyman service. I had them out to paint once and have hired them back two times already and now I always request Tony. Last time he was here, I mentioned that I'd really like to install some new blinds in the room he was painting. He suggested I go grab them at Lowes and he would install them while he was there - and he did. He even took the boxes out to my trash so I had a finished room with no clean up necessary. The hourly fee is really affordable. Their very professional and their work is top notch. read more

Archadeck expanded our patio and did an excellent job. A representative walked us through the entire process before we agreed to anything. They had a very excellent system for keeping us updated on progress. Once everything was squared away with the HOA and supplies were in they were able to complete the project in one day after promising it would be done in three. The patio is built to last and looks amazing. Thanks Archadeck! read more

Archadeck provides a painting service through their Value Remodeler service. I loved them. We used a few different painters getting our home ready to put on the market. After we met the painter from Archadeck of Charlotte, we used them exclusively from then on. We were able to request him by name. He was so neat and finished quickly. He even hung blinds for us after painting the windows. Thumbs up! read more
