Upon viewing the wedding flowers the day prior to wedding...the bride was told that the peachy roses would be exchanged out, for different ones and a final inspection would be done before sending them out, to remove any broken or browning flowers. This was not the case and we discovered that a flower that was definitely not to be used, was in the arrangements. Bits of the bride's bouquet, started falling out at the alter and continued throughout the day! Could it be that Heather is overloaded and there is little quality control, due to time factors? I don't know...but $2,000. and the word of a "professional" should warrant the best quality and condition of the flowers. Quite disappointing. Just remember.....once you pay...you have no recourse!!!!

After walking in I was greeted by the owner who promptly welcomed me in, asked me to sanitize my hands then proceeded to ask if I had any questions. I didn't have any particular plant or pots in mind so I just looked about for awhile. When I did have a question on one plant she very nicely answered all my questions and provided lots of extra information. I ended up picking up two cactus for a very reasonable price compared to other shops I've been to. I also got two very sweet little plant pots for my cactus that were also very cheap compared to other shops. Overall my experience here was wonderful. The customer service was exceptional and I look forward to continuing to go in and check it out. All the plants looked fantastic and well taken care of. As for selection of different varieties, it looked like there were lots however I'm not that well educated in plant varieties and typically only look for cactus as I know I won't kill them. I think this shop is a wonderful little hidden gem in Edmonton and I loved going to it today.

This use to be a pretty good hydro shop, looks like a ownership change for the…read moreworse, ther is little to no stock, unknowlagable clerks, product tampering I bought a TDS meter there and asked for the solution to calibrate it, Andrew took the meter and calibrated it ( big mistake, should have left it factory calibrated) tryed it out at home and was 250 ppm low, tryed to calibrate it with the new solution, meter stops at 707 ppm, tested solution with truncheon meter it's dead on at 500 ppm
