He recommended we replace our handler and condenser with a larger unit to compensate for the extra room, plus our equipment was nearing the end of it's life cycle age wise. It just constantly felt like it was running to make the house cold. He also added a supply and return in the small addition. We had the system put in during October 2022. Joe and his team are always extremely knowledgeable and a really nice group of people. Joe has an after hours messaging center which is 24 hours, and his team is always well equipped. Joe himself even came out a couple of times to help us with things. We are very pleased with the work and promptness that Joe and his team provide. Second estimate for a 14ft ceiling was ~$1,300. By comparison, Lowe's charges 180 for a standard install. When I made the appointment I was clear about the height of the ceiling and they insisted on having the parts available to install same day. When the technician arrived he said he needs another person due to the height and would need to reschedule. Frustrating as I stayed home for this appointment. Also, technician was about 1.5 hrs late (original window was 8 am to 1 pm, showed up at 230 ish). Instead of apologizing he said they're just too busy. Called Mister Sparky who I've used before and got a significantly more reasonable quote that also comes with a warranty on the work. Needless to say I didn't move forward as I thought the pricing was way out of scope. I'm sure they probably do good work but based on my experience I wouldn't recommend. Looking at the other reviews I think I dodged one here.

I hired Sal Manzo Plumbing to fix a leak, and they replaced a section of pipe for $2,000. Just six…read moreweeks later, the same area had another leak. I was then told by them that I needed a completely new sewer line from the house to the street -- a $10,000 job. Before moving forward, I got two second opinions from other licensed plumbers. Both confirmed there were no cracks in the sewer line, and that the recommended $10K replacement wouldn't have solved the issue. I've now hired a different plumber who identified the actual problem and will be replacing the correct section of the pipe -- the real issue -- for $6,700. I feel I was misled and pressured toward an unnecessary and extremely expensive job. I want my $2,000 back for a repair that clearly did not work and failed within weeks. Disappointed and frustrated. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
