The management team has always been responsive to anything we need. We have a terrific view of the Arch and the city. Everything is included, you only pay for your cable / internet. All in all it's a great place to live.

Candace is a true property manager ready to listen to your needs as they arise and constantly making improvements. Another male leasing agent was able to print out my resume on short notice for a job interview (that I got). As for security, Miss Lilly and Ms. Karen are lovely security desk agents who are very attentive and knows you by name. The finishes are well appointed in the studios. They were more modern with either wood or concrete flooring and white granite counter tops. In regards to noise, there are times you can hear neighbors (usually during holidays and bigger events) but nothing too crazy. However, you are signing something in the lease to allow for them to make construction noises as they continue to improve the building. Due to me getting a new job, I had to move to be a little bit closer to work, but don't worry, my new home is still with Brandonview LLC in the CWE! :) PROS: - proximity to grocers and nightlife - great staff - amenities (pool, deck, hot tub, and gym) - in unit laundry - free electricity CONS: - they charge for dust on fans so please be clean upon move-out - sometimes checks were taken out a bit later but if you give a money order all is well!

From the first time I spoke with Leah on the phone, I knew this was the perfect place for our daughter. We moved her without even seeing the apartment. Leah was kind enough to send us pics & video and was extremely detailed in all the info she provided. Leah was always available to answer any questions & was so patient as I asked all the "mom stuff!" The building is so beautiful with historic charm & character! It's clean, has several amenities, and 24 hour concierge (Darius is top notch!). The covered parking garage is a plus & the building is secure. We also appreciate that all residents undergo background checks. The location is close to several attractions with many places within walking distance. As we've been settling our daughter in, we have enjoyed getting to know the friendly, helpful & professional staff. You've all made this transition so smooth! Thank you! We highly recommend Park Pacific to anyone looking for a comfortable & well managed community! 10/10!!

Management has always been on top of their game, focusing on the needs of the tenants who reside within. Jill, Jesse, and Audrianna are beautiful ladies and work as a great team in the office. The security in the building is probably the best you will be able to find downtown. Incidents are handled in a timely manner by the doormen and, if criminal, handled by the courtesy police officers. I do not have anything negative to say about this complex and their staff. The gym could be updated, but that is actually being done now! You will not be disappointed residing here. Even better, tell the office you were referred by me and we will both split the incentive ;)

Warehouse 7 & Terrace Lofts - Washington Ave

It has balconies on the units that are on the inside of the U (around the pool). It has a small area where you can walk your dog too. I live on the first floor and thought it might be noisy since it's next to a gas station, but it really isn't. Units are updated with laminate floors and carpets in the bedroom. Kitchen has been updated in the last 5 years and bathroom is up to date too. One of the best things about Terrace is that you don't hear your neighbors. My next-door-neighbor blares his music really loudly so when I'm in the hall it's terrible, but once I shut my door it's as if he isn't even home. You can't even hear the base! If you are looking downtown, this is something very important to think about. Many of the buildings have very thin walls and this can really be a damper on your living experience. Also, parking is great. They have a garage in the basement and spots within a gated area outside. the garage is a little tight like most downtown lofts, so if you have a larger car, outside might be best. The leasing staff (Kat) used to be terrible. The building wasn't nearly as clean and things weren't kept up well and she was let go. I think that's important to know because if someone isn't managing it well, they will do something about it. Lisa is the current manager and is awesome. She's beyond professional and really wants to take care of her residents. I called her about a week ago and she answered the phone while on vacation with a friendly hello and asked how I was. She remembers everyone and seems genuinely thankful for you business (many property managers in the downtown area can be snobs, so it's great she isn't like them). Internet, parking and gym at the fitness factory are included. You have to do Direct TV because that's how the building is wired. If you are lucky enough to snag a loft here, I bet you will re-sign just like I did.

Ely Walker is a historic building in the Washington Avenue Garment District…read more The 174-unit Ely Walker Lofts building is occupied by both renters and homeowners. Different real estate businesses own multiple loft apartments for rent, which make up the larger fraction. Owner-occupied loft apartments make up the smaller fraction. I reside here because I have an appreciation of the historic architecture, history of the neighborhood, and walkability of Downtown St. Louis. Professionals, artists, and creatives live and work in this area. The Ely Walker Lofts building is in the Washington Avenue Historic District and on the National Register of Historic Places. Buildings within and surrounding the Washington Avenue Historic District date from the late 1800s to the early 1920s. These buildings exhibit a variety of popular architectural styles of the period, and most are revival styles (Italianate, Romanesque, and Renaissance Revival styles), with Sullivanesque and Arts and Crafts influence, or the commercial style known as the Chicago School of architecture. Designed by prominent architecture firm Eames & Young, the Ely & Walker Dry Goods Co. warehouse was built in 1906 and 1907. The building has a grandiose presence and is defined by beautiful masonry, Beaux-Arts architecture, and an ornate terra-cotta facade with Classical Revival motifs. Founded in 1883, Ely & Walker Dry Goods Co. was a leading wholesale distributor, converter, and manufacturer of dry goods (fabrics and ready-to-wear clothing). From the late 1800s to the mid-1900s, St. Louis was renowned in the fashion industry, second only to New York City in garment production. St. Louis' fashion industry began a decline in the 1950s, as garment production shifted overseas. Ely & Walker Dry Goods Co. was acquired by Burlington Industries in 1955. The Ely & Walker warehouse later remained vacant for decades. In 2006 and 2007, Clayco, a full-service, design-build firm specializing in real estate, architecture, engineering, and construction, transformed the warehouse into 174 loft apartments, named Ely Walker Lofts, for $35 million. The industrial-style lofts have spacious open floor plans with high ceilings. The industrial design aesthetic includes exposed brick walls, columns, beams, ductwork, conduits, and copper and iron pipes. Kitchens have granite countertops, solid wood cabinets, and dishwashers. There are in-unit washers and dryers. Exterior windows give expansive views of the cityscape and neighboring historic buildings. Clerestory windows, on walls adjacent to the atrium, can allow natural light. Original hardwood floors were refurbished. The HVAC system is efficient. The furnace and air conditioner components are concealed behind removable ceiling panels, and in these components is an air filter that should be changed twice per year for regular maintenance and maximum efficiency. Water pressure is strong in the bathroom and kitchen. Water quickly reaches the desired hot or cold temperatures. The Ely Walker basement garage holds up to 90 vehicles, and spaces are individually owned and assigned. Some residents own or rent spaces in the Terra Cotta Parking Garage behind Ely Walker, which holds up to 258 vehicles and is shared with Annex Lofts and Terra Cotta Lofts. Ely Walker is within short walking proximity of: * City Museum * U.S. Post Office * Lucas Park (children's playground and dog park) * St. Louis Central Library * Ozzy's Market (bougie bodega and coffee/sandwich shop opening in August 2025) * variety of restaurants, bars, and coffee and tea shops A recycling drop-off site is nearby on Delmar Blvd. between 14th and 15th Streets, on the north side of the City Museum. Ely Walker does not have a private recycling dumpster. Five public single-stream recycling dumpsters on Delmar Blvd. are provided by Saint Louis City Recycles for residents of Downtown St. Louis. The City of St. Louis made a great investment in renovating and beautifying Washington Avenue, including the construction of a unique streetscape with custom streetlights, expanded sidewalks, and enhanced landscaping.
