Brought in a deadbolt lock to be re-keyed and asked for new keys. Completed quickly while I waited. Price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend ARC to anyone looking for any type of locksmith type work/repairs. Thank you!!!! read more

I asked Tony the owner of ARC Locksmith service to repair my seized 1972 Datsun 240Z ignition lock and cut two new keys. He disassembled the cylinder, cleaned and installed new Nissan tumblers and cut two new keys to match. Very few locksmiths today have the skills, tools, and parts to accomplish such a difficult job. Tony did, and at a very reasonable price. ARC Locksmith Service is now my go to locksmith for all my automotive and home needs. I definitely rate them 5 star plus. My 54 year old ignition lock now functions as good as the $400 O.E.M. lock I would have needed to replace it with. read more

Excellent service from these folks! Went to the shop to get a new key fob programmed and the hidden key (in the fob) cut. Unfortunately, since the code from the dealer was incorrect, they had to go about it a different way (which was not their fault at all). They went above and beyond to get us going! They ended up giving us a fantastic price for the value of service we received. Will definitely be using them again! read more

Such a positive experience. Artem does commercial, residential, and automotive. He got me a new key fob and programmed it at my house. Trustworthy, very pleasant, and reliable. He showed up on time and was fairly priced. I totally feel this guy is 100% trustworthy. read more

Unfortunately trusted this company & soon found out the hard way that you shouldn't trust every "professional". This company came out to reprogram a key for my car. Tyler their technician damaged my vehicle while removing the computer & then didn't hook the battery to my car back up correctly causing me an additional $1000 for my car to get a new alternator as the battery drew from it opposed to the actual battery due to a bad connection. Upon having the car directly towed to a shop they showed me where the technician Tyler never tightened down the battery. This company and its owner Tony Aguilar has yet to call me after multiple attempts to reach him to make the situation right. Going to be speaking with an attorney to hold them accountable as I believe they are attempting to avoid taking responsibility for these damages to my vehicle. read more

We wanted to replace all of our entry locks. We have three locking entry knobs and two double dead bolt locks. We also had them all keyed alike. The job was completed quickly and easily by ARC Locksmith Service. We can't say enough about the great service provided. Ram did a great job. No complaints or concerns at all. He went above and beyond. And the quality of work was great at a fair price. Ram has a great attitude and we enjoyed talking with him. Everything about Ram's work was to please us and make us happy with the job. After a lot of time and research to find a qualified locksmith we know we made the best choice. The value of Ram's work and attitude goes well beyond the cost. Thank you! read more

I have used ARC for my business on several occasions. Tony and his crew are the best I have found in the area. He has the capability to generate the newest keys on today's autos, along with the older models. The mobile service has been able to help not only my business but my customers as well. I have complete confidence when I refer ARC that they will receive the same excellent service I have read more

Same day service. Very professional. We needed to rekey our locks. Ram was fast and did a great job.

The lock on our side door broke. When I tried to gain access, the key would just keep turning and not disengage the lock. As this was the only key I had to access my house, I had to call a locksmith. When I called I was greeted with great customer service. The gentlemen gathered the details and informed me what he thought the problem might be. He then gave me estimated cost and additional incidentals if the first solution didn't fix what he thought was wrong. Upon his arrival he was able to fix our lock and then I had him rekey the lock to match garage door, so that only one key was needed for entry to the house. Estimate time of arrival accuracy, pricing for the service rendered and above all great customer service is why I highly recommend this company! read more

My car key was lost and I only had that 1 for it. Called up there and was warmly greeted. He offered to come to my house to get the key made for my car since obviously I couldn't drive it up there without the key and I didn't want to have to pay for a tow truck. He arrived within an hour of the call and got everything taken care of. He was very patient with the fact that my car battery wasn't strong enough to be able get him the information he needed in order to make the key. He had jumper cables handy in his van and connected it to my battery charger. After waiting for it to charge up he had no issues making my new key! He did the whole job right there in my driveway in his van. He told us we didn't have to wait outside as it was very cold. We got a ring on the doorbell about 25 minutes later saying he completed the job. He started my car with my permission to make sure it worked. He turned it off and on again and again to ensure it would work. Payment was very simple as he had a card scanner handy with him. This is the only Yelp review I've ever made and specifically made my account just for this review because he deserves some recognition. I would 100% recommended him to anyone and wouldn't think twice about calling him again if I happen to lose this key! read more

We lost the only FOB we had for our van. First I called the dealership, they said I would need to have the vehicle towed to them and then they could cut the keys and program two fobs but they didn't think they could get to it that day. I then took a chance and called ARC Locksmith Service, these guys are fantastic! I talked to Tony, explained the problem and within 1 hour of my phone call he was at our location, cut the keys, and programed two new fobs and it cost me half of what the dealership was going to charge.....not including the tow! These guys are amazing, the service was the best, and they have my highest recommendation. You will not be disappointed if you use ARC. Thanks guys! read more
