I called a Locksmith Services number seen online and explained I had some simple adjustments needed…read morefor 2 interior door locks. I did not say anything about an emergency. A locksmith called and established when he would arrive. The adjustments were accomplished in 30 minutes. The online description established an estimate would be made after arrival and review of the problem - no estimate was offered. The final bill included a visitation fee, an emergency fee and then an inordinately large service fee doubled because of the 2 locks. The total cost was incredibly high for the services rendered. I asked for a refund of at least the emergency fee and received no response. I would question everything from this type of online service. The work accomplished was done well but the 'hidden' fees were outrageous.

And it's a family run business instead of other locksmiths I have talked to on the phone where you first call a virtual assistant, this company doesn't use a virtual assistant and goes right to a live person at the store.

Perfect in every way. I don't know if there is a better business in the area…read more We've had Abiding to our house twice to replace door locks, keyed specifically to one master key. They are very fast in getting someone to my house and their service is also very fast and efficient. Both times someone had gotten everything done in less than twenty minutes. Lately I've had to replace a deadbolt and locking door knob to our garage and instead of waiting for a house call I decided to bring the pieces to their actual location to be done - our garage couldn't be locked and it couldn't wait. I called and was told they could do it on the spot, but they closed at three. I got there at 2:30, was greeted with two smiles from the two people there and bing, bam, boom, not even 15 minutes later I was off with a new door knob, new deadbolt, and both keyed to the same master key. Not only that but it all cost pretty much less than a deadbolt/knob combination at any hardware store. I am too happy with the service I received from Abiding all three times and I can't wait for the security of my home to be in jeopardy again so I can call them up and use their services once more.
