The Cinquantenaire Park in Brussels is a can't-miss piece of any Belgium trip. There is so much to do and see in this gorgeous park!
The focal point is obviously the Cinquantenaire Arch, a triple arched behemoth that can be seen from anywhere in the park.
There are many museums and exhibits within Cinquantenaire, like the Royal Museum of the Armed Forces, Autoworld, the Art & History Museum, the Great Mosque of Brussels, the mini castle known as Tournal Tower, and much much more.
Our favorite part about visiting Cinquantenaire Park was just the greenery, the floral aspects (have to get the shot from below with the flowers in the front, classic), and just walking around the huge arch and seeing the flag of Brussels held within.
There are also colonnades flanking either side of the big arch, so you can definitely take a walk and spend lots of time in this park.
Whether you're chilling in the grass, exploring a museum, or any of the other probably hundred things there are to do in this giant park and monument - just go and explore! read more
