We had some printed at Fedex and they were ridiculous - $113 for 50. So I got on Yelp to find a local printer who could print 50 more flyers for us at a reasonable price. Hensley Co. came up highly rated so I called them for an estimate. I spoke to Sarah, the company's President and she said even though printing wasn't really one of their services, they could handle it because of the small quantity. And they could do it for a quarter of the cost of Fedex! Even better than their prices was that their service was above-and-beyond. Sarah emailed me to let me know the flyers hadn't been picked up the next morning and when I told her we would come the following morning, she offered to personally drive them to McCormick Place and deliver them to my team. Great service doesn't get much better than that!

For us the quality of the color, paper and binding was very important because we needed to produce a professional report that would satisfy our funders (Chicago Community Trust, LISC and UIC) and at the same time it would be attractive for community members, executive directors of organizations and legislators. We were very pleased with the personal treatment of Colleen the owner of Clyde Printing Co, she really worked with us to help us figure out what we wanted/ needed and we were able to see the work before it was mass produced in order to review how it was turning out. Not only Colleen is a great business woman, but she also has a great sense of humor. We didn't felt like this was an anonymous business transaction, but partnership to get a great project become a real product. Before approaching Clyde Printing Co. we looked for other printers and they only offered 200 copies for the same prince that Colleen offers us the 300. Nonetheless, the quality was not sacrificed, in fact we got a better product that the competition was offering. Another major fun fact, that influenced our decision, is that Colleen is a local business that has being operating in Bridgeport for a couple of decades and that contributes greatly to the assets of our community. We, with a 100% confidence, would recommend Clyde Printing Co for any professionally printed reports or marketing materials.

Because of time constraints, I was looking for local print shops in Chicago to save me some time making niche trading cards instead of traditional business cards, and I needed A LOT printed. Many shops either ghosted me, or gave a quote that was too expensive for my budget, so I was frantically looking for as many as I could. I found InoPrints, which was ranked No. 1 in the search results, so I decided to request a quote at around 11PM. And let me tell you, they came in CLUTCH. To my surprise, Jovim responded fairly quickly that evening! For the next couple days we were exchanging e-mails back and forth. Jovim was very polite, accommodating and direct on what needed revisions on my card designs, and provided valuable feedback, especially since this was my first time getting my own designs through a print production and there were a lot of things I didn't factor in. So I appreciated his patience as I was trying to do a lot of fixes on my part! Everything was done within the same week: the quote, the production, and delivery were pretty quick. My only concern was the delivery service InoPrints used, which was Roady (I know this part is beyond our control, but the package was delivered to the right address, but the wrong building, and I almost got a heart attack. WHOOPS!) But when I saw the final product in my hands, I was very impressed by the professional quality and material! Can't argue with the price I paid either, because ~$0.44 per card of THIS QUALITY is amazing. I'm just really glad that I found a shop that was quick, reliable, and able to accommodate something very niche like original/custom trading cards. I will definitely tell my friends who like to make DIY projects about you guys! Thank you!
