After receiving my smash burger, I noticed it was raw in the center. I became sick and ended up vomiting what I had eaten. My husband went to the store to politely bring the issue to the manager's attention. Unfortunately, the situation escalated due to the behavior of the manager on duty. Instead of addressing the food safety concern, she became confrontational. She attempted to takee burger box from my hands and repeatedly insisted that I give it to her. When I did not immediately hand it over, she called over an officer who was on duty. After the officer spoke with her, he came and sat next to me while she continued to accuse me of lying about the burger. She even accussed me of editing a photo that was taken in front of her and continued to deny the issue. During this time, she refused to provide her name, refused to return my original receipt, and stated only that "AJ" (no last name given) was the general manager. Even after I told the officer that I did not want to make the situation a big deal, the manager came back outside again and continued addressing the situation with more attitude and very poor management conduct. This entire interaction was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. We have frequented this location almost every weekend after car meets, but after this experience we will not be returning. The officer himself suggested that I report her behavior after witnessing the scene that unfolded. I hope this matter can be reviewed so that situations like this are handled with professionalism and respect in the future

This is unacceptable customer service and not how customers should be treated. The employee who brought my order was polite, but the overall experience was inconsistent and poorly handled. I had similar issues at this location back in 2024 as well as every year we visit the area and it's disappointing to see no improvement whatsoever. As a store manager myself, this points to a lack of training, accountability, and management oversight. This location needs immediate attention. On March 27th 2026 at around 3:30p.m., my daughter and several of her friends, all minors, were subjected to inappropriate and unprofessional conduct while at this location. An individual identified as the manager's mother, who is not an employee, was involved in a verbal altercation and used inappropriate language toward the children. When the situation should have been corrected, the acting manager instead said "those kids need to shut up," failing to de-escalate and allowing the behavior to continue. This raises significant concerns regarding supervision, professionalism, and the involvement of non-employees in customer interactions. The presence of a non-employee engaging with and verbally addressing minors is especially concerning. I am requesting that this matter be escalated to the owner/operator or area supervisor for investigation and that appropriate action be taken. I would also like confirmation of follow-up and how this situation will be addressed moving forward. Thank you.
