Ordered curbside at 7:42 PM and parked in spot #2. Around 7:55 PM, I observed an order being delivered to the vehicle in spot #1 while I was still waiting. While I was there, I watched an employee bring that order out with no greeting, no eye contact, no communication, and a rude handoff before immediately walking away. This is unacceptable customer service and not how customers should be treated. The employee who brought my order was polite, but the overall experience was inconsistent and poorly handled. I had similar issues at this location back in 2024 as well as every year we visit the area and it's disappointing to see no improvement whatsoever. As a store manager myself, this points to a lack of training, accountability, and management oversight. This location needs immediate attention. I am submitting a formal complaint regarding a serious incident at the McDonald's located at 123 Russell Parkway in Warner Robins, GA. On March 27th 2026 at around 3:30p.m., my daughter and several of her friends, all minors, were subjected to inappropriate and unprofessional conduct while at this location. An individual identified as the manager's mother, who is not an employee, was involved in a verbal altercation and used inappropriate language toward the children. When the situation should have been corrected, the acting manager instead said "those kids need to shut up," failing to de-escalate and allowing the behavior to continue. This raises significant concerns regarding supervision, professionalism, and the involvement of non-employees in customer interactions. The presence of a non-employee engaging with and verbally addressing minors is especially concerning. I am requesting that this matter be escalated to the owner/operator or area supervisor for investigation and that appropriate action be taken. I would also like confirmation of follow-up and how this situation will be addressed moving forward. Thank you. read more

When I first ordered my vanilla ice coffee it was not made correctly it wasn't prepared the way I wanted it and once I told the staff about it they just looked at me like I said something wrong to them. It took three different staff members to get my drink replaced and fixed while the other two employees walked off and said something about how I didn't order it the way I wanted it fixed. The staff especially on the afternoon shift need to understand which something doesn't get made correctly how the customer orders it and wants it the staff member doesn't need to complain about it where everyone in the store can hear them. I did not know this how they were trained to talk about the customers and fix the customers order then blame the customer for making a hard coffee to make trust me its really not. Limited parking around the sides, drive thru ordering, kiosk ordering and inside ordering as well. Would I come back here probably not. read more

Waited way too long for bad food that was made incorrectly, cold and nasty. Even though I waited patiently behind someone, who was conversing for a good while. I finally got my food and it was made completely incorrect..I asked for no mayo and not only was there mayo, it covered the whole patty. Waste of time and money. Although this review is strictly for today, my experience in this establishment on a more than consistent basis is no shortage of egregious. Today I was told the ice cream machine to make the McFlurry was down, after I arrived to pick it up. I was offered a milkshake but I didn't want a milkshake. I was told to wait 10 minutes and it'd be ready only for the lady to tell me it's "actually not going to work... you can get a refund or we'll write your name down and you can get one another day when it's working." So I requested a refund and while going the through the process of trying to receive a refund, the McFlurry suddenly appears on the table. I was not even happy to see it at that point. read more

Wow , I don't know where to start this McDonald's seems only hire the DISABLED. I'm disabled and can't stand up, so I made an effort to sit as close to the counter where they give the food as possible, but when my food was done I asked politely if they could bring it to my table and the woman was VERY rude and made my kid get out of his stroller to go get it. Horrible service, waited about 15 minutes for our order. Was asked once if we had pancakes from an employee bringing out ready orders, we had not. Another employee came out with another order trying to hunt it's owners out. Had us pull-up to a third window, who knew there was a third window, and was parked at the corner of the building, if you've been to this location you'd know it's the absolute worse drive through in the city. Worst McDonalds parking lot in the middle GA area, manager is not trained properly to manage the store and grounds. During peak times the drive thru customers take over the tiny parking lot and make it impossible for dining customers to exit the parking when their meal is complete. I was personally assaulted when a drive-thru customer took issue with my statement that he should exit the exit lane. I attempted to get the manager to assist but the response was "just call the police". I waited almost thirty minutes to be released from their parking lot chaos. Talk about an uncomfortable environment. I placed a mobile order to pickup in store. As I walk in I hear "Who the f@$k ordered this mobile order?" I glared and told them me. They gave me my cups for my drinks. I had to weave my way through a bunch of friends hanging out at the front counter, fraternizing with the employees ( which was very uncomfortable). While I was waiting for my food, I noticed the employees handing out free food to their friends, never once was anything rung up through the register. This was frustrating, especially since I just paid $20+ for mine. Finally got my food. It was dry, cold and disgusting. McDonald's is McDonald's. This McDonald's was recently renovated and it is doing what it needs to do as a McDonald's--serve people fast food fast. I am giving it four stars because the staff is friendly, however it seems like they cannot handle large lines at peak lunch/dinner hours and that can be overwhelming, especially in the drive thru but I have noticed that they are getting better and better. read more

Well, yes this is just a fast food place, not a real sit down restaurant. Although I give it a five star, hate the new look of this place and others. Easily half the time I've been there they got my order wrong. On the upper hand, one time I ordered maybe 16-18 dollars of food, they had me wait 20 minutes in the drive through, to bring me the wrong order 3 different times, and in the last time messed up so horribly, there was not a single item that was what I ordered, and they brought out more than double what it was. They asked me two times "are you sure this isn't what you ordered?" With a disapproving face, I said yeah whatever, and drove off with $43 dollars of food that they tried to convince me was mine. read more

McDonald's is obviously very much fast food. They are greasy and delicious but everybody eats there. Great experience for kids now that they have apple slices and yogurt instead of fries and have a lot of variety and cheap options. read more

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Mcdonald's or any fast food restaurant for that matter. I ordered a double quarter pounder and fries on the app and drove to the store to the drive thru. I gave my order number and was told to pull to the first window for my receipt after a long wait to get to the window(lunch rush) I was told they were out of quarter pounder meat. I don't know why I was not told this at the drive thru speaker( I wouldn't have had to wait in the long drive thru line). I then asked them to just refund the order and the cashier told me to hold on and walked away. She came back about 2 minutes and advised me that they do not refund online orders. She said that I can just get another sandwich. I didn't want another sandwich, but I didn't have a choice, so I ordered a chicken sandwich. Then she asked me for 7.04 and when I asked why she said they canceled my online order( thought they couldn't do that) I payed and then pulled up to the second window. Then I was asked to pull up to a parking spot to have my food brought out (more waiting). I am very displeased with the complete lack of service. please give me a call on this issue. read more

I'm not to sure if 0 stars is possible , but if so they deserve it! It never fails to surprise me when restaurants who used to have higher standards fall so short. Plus side wahoo biscuit and sausage gravy is back!!! I didn't notice the sign till I was exiting the parking lot so of course it's been forever I had to make another trip trough drive through for one with extra gravy and I was disappointed, after 10 min in the line after paying they tried to give me someone else's food when I said that wasn't mine they asked what I ordered I got a bag with a box in it and a small about 1/2 cup of hard clumpy oatmeal look gravy that was it. I went inside after arguing my order I am told they must make fresh gravy so 25 from payment to actually correct food I leave... Yes it's the gravy and biscuits from many years ago and thankfully very fresh. Will I return this McDonald's I really hope not which is sad because I spend lot of time in this area at the family restaurant. Poorly managed poorly run! read more
