Arby's is probably my least favorite fast food joint. I ordered crinkle cut fries and chicken nuggets. Nuggets didnt have crispy breading, nor enough breading in my opinion. Fries were ok. The service seemed sub par and they didn't have any menu items that wowed me. I feel like they aren't the cleanest restraunt out here either. Overall not a fan. read more

Look, I'm not a huge fan of fast food, but my kid wanted to try Arby's. It is clean, has friendly staff, and serves ample portions compared to other competitors with respect to their fries. I didn't like their gyro (tasteless in my opinion), but the classic roast beef was decent enough. My rating is more on cleanliness and ambience. We eat at Arby's any time we are traveling as it is consistently good, filling and affordable. I want to do a shout out for this particular location, Store #1598, because it was truly a 5-star experience. I know, I know; fast food and all - but we (almost) all eat at these places so why not know there's a clean, friendly, and of course delicious spot you can count on? Lunchtime in Twin Falls, first time visitors, on our way to Sawtooth National Forest and so excited to spot the familiar brown cowboy hat signage. First: staff super friendly and cheerful (nice change these days!) Second: super clean tables, floors, counters and restrooms. Third: hot, fresh and absolutely delicious food - Hubby asked for BBQ sauce and they gave him plenty, no up charge; I asked for extra chopped jalapeños - no up charge - and instead of treating us like pains, staff was so friendly and accommodating. Outstanding job all around - team works well together and it shows in how they take pride in their work and treat their work place as well as the customers. read more

I stopped eating at Arby's for a long time as the whole chain was heading downhill and I was tired of getting really sad food and bad service. I was finally cured of my Arby's cravings while living in Elko NV. The Arby's there suffered some major scandal and I never trusted it again. I moved to the Magjc Valley, and my son and I noticed the Twin Falls location got a complete renovation and we thought, what the hell, we'll try it. If it sucks, we're out a few bucks. This Arby's makes me happy. The fries are always HOT wether we go at noon or 9 pm. The roast beef is always juicy and the bread is fresh. I've had multiple jamocha shakes and get them thick and topped with whipped cream and chocolate EVERY time. The service here is so good. Always friendly and helpful. This has replaced sonic and Chick-fil-A for me as it is cheaper and lately better in all honesty. read more

Oh, I am almost done with the fast food jaunt of the short trip. I swear, after today, I am cured of fast food for a very, very long time. There were 8 of us needing something to eat in less than 45 minutes roundtrip and with 20 people expected at the house for dessert, the family opted for this place. Not sure why exactly, but they are all fans. The daughter and I both had a salad of sorts that was actually quite decent with grilled chicken breast, cranberries(dried), apples, almonds and a raspberry dressing. This place has yet to come into the 20th century. The refused to take a digital version of my coupon and the lady was quite rude about it. She said that they have to do inventory on the coupons and they never ever take digital ones. After eating at Burger King, McDonalds, Sonic, Wendy's and even Subway all of whom take digital coupons I am blown away by this lady's attitude and the way she was totally rude about it. read more

I like the food here, especially since they brought back their chicken strips and French dip, however today my experience was not so wonderful and it all has to do with service. The lady at the drive through was rude. She was in such a hurry to hand me things, I got two sodas, my receipt, French dip sauce, and debit card all shoved at me. In the jumble my card went missing. When she came back with my son's chicken strips I asked her if she gave it back to me since I couldn't it locate it. I accused her of nothing, I simply asked. I even said that it was most likely under my seat but wanted to check. I was polite as I assumed I dropped it, but she was very rude to me. Acted like I was stupid and accusing her if stealing it. I could only pray it made it to my car and not on the drive through pavement. Another employee asked her what the issue was and she said, "She thinks I didn't give her her card back. I said I did and her receipt too." Typed out that doesn't sound so awful but her tone was VERY rude. Talking about a customer right in front of them and in a degrading manner is not what I would call good customer service. I have worked in food service, and my first reaction would be to help look. She glanced around her counter but that was it. It was my fault, but I expect people to be polite in customer service positions. Too much to ask for these days I guess. Will I be back? Probably, but if I see her there I will turn around and go somewhere else. read more
