What a joke this place has become. Went there last Saturday, ordered a Chicken sandwich for take out (as I have before). Got home, opened up the box and tried to take a bite from the sandwich. Needless to say I came away with a bite of bread and some lettuce and tomato. Took the top bun off to reveal a burnt (actually black in spots) dried up sorry looking piece of chicken. Usually I'm an easy going guy but this ticked me off. Back in the car to Arby's I go. Took the sandwich in, placed it on the counter and opened it up to the counter staff, and told them they should be ashamed to serve something like this to any paying customer; got a blank stare from both of them. Manager comes over and without even looking at the mess and says that "that's how all their chicken looks like". My reply was I've got over twenty years of restaurant cooking experience under my belt when I was young and NEVER served anything like this. And by the way, Arby's manager, I've had many chicken sandwiches from this Arby's and others and quite honestly, your chicken doesn't "all look like that". I know when a piece of deep fried food is overcooked, or cooked once and reheated again to try to pass off on another unlucky customer. Bad practice Arby manager, got my money back and you've lost a customer from your store and all of my friends as well. End of story. read more
