I don't like making reviews but went to get food today 5/22/2025 the lady running the register was very rude, the music was up so loud in the kitchen she could barely hear what I ordered cause she didn't get everything I ordered, we said to-go and she made it for dine in and when I corrected her on the missing food and that it was to-go she got mad and aggressively put the food in the bag and rudely asked the guy in the back for another sandwich. the lobby where everyone eats was pretty dirty as well. I understand being short staffed and stressed out been there but there is no need to behave that way at your job. The food is always good and I will return but hopefully to quieter and more appropriate music cause there was music that is someone brought their child in here they would leave because of it and hopefully better attitudes read more

I was super excited that the inside of the restaurant is finally open. It's been closed since Covid started. There were a few other people eating inside as well. Where you order was clean but the tables in the lobby needed to be whipped off from the customers before. They have no highchairs for children which I needed. The guy taking our order got it wrong. He did not ask my mother what size meal she wanted but automatically charger her for a medium. But then asked me what size I wanted. He gave her a double beef sandwich when she asked for a regular roast beef sandwich. The food tasted good but it wasn't a thrilling experience at all. read more

After 40+ years of being a faithful Arby's customer, thanks to this location, Arby's is off my list. In a crabby, "don't bother me" tone of voice, I'm told "No Super Arby sandwich?" Are they kidding? Can't slip some lettuce and tomato on a roast beef sandwich (for an extra $1.50 no less like you have for decades) yet the pics on the menu show chicken sandwiches with lettuce and tomato on them? What gives? Roast beef is now served only as a bare ass wad of beef on a bun? Meh. You might as well ditch the sign with the cowboy hat on it. You've gone full Mickey Dees (just put a red headed clown on the sign - I know you want to). Cowboy hats have nothing to do with chicken and all the other copycat junk you've added to your menu.. Today I had the culinary experience of a life time at Arby's in Petoskey. First, the decor of the dinning room was tranquil, and yet sophisticated in a reserved manner. It was clean and the soothing sounds of Britney Spears were an auditory delight for my ears. My lunch was delightful. No check that, it was enchanting! My meal was presented to me on a designer tray with items all placed in perfect feng shui to their environment. My sandwich was hand crafted to perfection and then lovingly caressed with a shiny, metallic wrapper. My jamocca shake was served at a perfect 26 degrees F. This was lunch time nirvana! The nice lady behind the counter personalized my luxury experience by placing my name on the tray and referring to me as such. The attention to small details was a breath of fresh air in comparison to other, lesser restaurants. I could tell she really meant "Enjoy your meal sir and have a nice day!" by the way she looked into my eyes. Well done Arby's, well done! read more

We ordered a classic roast beef and it took 19 minutes to get the correct sandwich. Didn't want cheese and they put it on. Didn't get an apology, nothing. Three cars waiting in the drive thru and when we pulled out, one worker was out back, on the phone, smoking. A conveniently placed Arby's, right next door to the hospital. The cafeteria is closed on weekends, so a lot of the staff either go to Subway or Arby's. The line wasn't horrible that day, so they took my order quickly and I received my food in less than five minutes. The food was your normal Arby's-type cuisine. I ordered a few sliders and some jalapeno bites. It took them a few minutes to get the bites to me, but they were piping hot. My sliders themselves were on the meh side. You can see that they microwave them if you're staring hard enough and not minding your business (that's why the chicken tender in my slider was on the hard side). I went to this place in a whim because I needed something quick. I was very skeptical to say the least, I mean what kind of restaurant advertises we have the meats... when I got to the outdoor ordering system I was at a loss? I wasn't exactly sure how it worked and the wide array of meats had me overwhelmed, but I ended up making my order and got a beef and cheddar! Holy wow I was amazed. The beef was cooked to perfection and the cheddar was perfectly melted onto it. There was a special red sauce on there that was literally the greatest thing I've ever had. I decided to order the curly fries as well, because I am a fry expert. The curlies were extra curly and fried to perfection. The whole meal was absolutely amazing and I would highly suggest Arby's for a quick meal. read more

Horrible, my dad and I and a friend went to Arby's for late lunch it's last few days of June so leading up to Fourth of July week. We all ordered shakes and they did not have shake mix left to make us all one, once we sat down my dad and his friend talked about how the shake machine was down last week and they couldn't get shakes. Once my dad opened his box he realized they gave him the wrong sandwich and when he went up their they told him that's just how the sandwich he asked for is made ... he said he has been getting that sandwich for years and it's nothing like that, they did nothing about it, the shake they made was spit between us and we all agreed it was like drinking straight syrup with no ice cream, our meat was dry and hard but our lettuce was soggy and gross , my father didn't eat his sandwich , as we walked out the two guys were talking about last week they did not have any bread or bronco berry sauce , it's a train wreck, I don't think it's necessarily the workers as much as it is management, DO NOT GO to Cheboygan arbys... the only thing they got right was the fries lmao ( which I can make at home in the oven) read more
