When we went back in today, the first person just gave us three random burritos, which wasn't even what we ordered. So we were trying to get it corrected, and this other employee set aside what he was doing just to help us. I didn't get his name but I think he was blond and had earrings. He was so nice and so helpful! He personally made the order right after asking what we were missing, he wrote it down and made it all himself. That is what customer service should look like. He even said that it was on them (which I wasn't giving anyone a hard time at all- I've also worked in customer/food service so I know what it's like to be on the other side) but we really appreciated this one employee because he actually took the time to make it right. No one else there really seemed to care, but he did, and Taco Bell frequently either doesn't give us the right things, or is "out" of things, so it meant a lot that he actually put the time and effort into making us feel heard and making the order right. If this was simply about the first experience the other day or most other times, it wouldn't be five stars, but this employee definitely does his job well and is very good with people.
