Unbelievably bad service. Bought a meal through the Arby's app. I get to the store and they can't find it. Then they claim I never made the order. When I showed them the order on the app, the manager claimed I didn't pay for it. When I showed her the two emails I received saying to come pick up the order, she walked away from me! Horribly service, just wanted to order our food and was polite to order in the correct manner. The manager on the microphone was very upset she had to DO her paid job to take orders and would silence the headset to complain about doing that job when we asked to use a coupon. Stating "WOW" and making a comment saying we ordered incorrectly and should start off with "I'm using a coupon". No your welcomes, no have a good days. It was all silence and very complacent. Food was good and hot but will not come back due to asking .27$ cents for another buffalo sauce. They give you 3 big pieces of chicken and this tiny thing of sauce and wants more money for another. You can have 5 pounds of ketchup but not sauce. Will not come back, none of the other Arby's charge. Money hungry country. Very warm and friendly staff. Excellent apple turn-over! It's just too bad about the coffee. There is none. But would I go back? Yes! The restaurant is clean and the staff is wonderful so I would go back if I didn't want coffee with my apple turn-over. read more

Terrible service , nobody seems to care or really know what they are doing , love Arbys food but can't trust this store

Was on my way to see my daughter who recently gave birth to my grand daughter. As I was approaching the hospital I thought, maybe she wants something from Arby's. So I called her and she wanted cheese sticks and was craving their curly fries. So I stopped and ordered dinner for me and my wife and ordered what she asked for. The order was handed to us in bags. We proceeded to the hospital where my daughter was. We opened the bags and !!!SURPRISE!!! no curly fries. Being the loving father I am, of course I returned to obtain the missing twisted spuds. The guy that was working the counter was not there at this time and there was one employee working the counter and the drive thru window. She did not question me and promptly dropped fresh fries to fill the orders. While I was awaiting my potato reparation, another customer approached to complain about "ice cold chicken tenders." Service is fast & friendly; Food is fresh & our order is always made correctly. This location recently repaved their parking lot, which is a huge bonus considering the terrible potholes this locations' parking lot had previously. Minor renovations are noticeable inside the business. Lots of seating room. Never busy when I am dining in. Cool, relaxing place if you have younger kids-- not a lot of people around; no play area though. read more

Waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes (no exaggeration)! When I finally got my food, the fries were cold. Sadly, I must be a glutton for punishment, because I have gone to this Arby's several times. I work down the road from it, and there are not many other choices for lunch.
