TLDR: The food's OK. That's about all I can recommend about this place. Swung by here during a long drive because on the whole I really like Arby's. This is a pretty sketchy one, in a sketchy area. The parking lot has enough cracks and holes in it to look like it's been strafed by the Luftwaffe. So-so service, but it was reasonably fast and hot. The roast beef was properly hot, as was the potato cakes. (Seriously, get these when you're at an Arby's, everyone else has the usual fries.) Diet coke was a little watery, as if they're about to run out of syrup. Can't say what the inside is like because I came just before the state lifted some of the viral bans. However, if you're just here for the food, it's adequate. This place scores a 3 out of 5 on the 'CTJ Scale', as noted below. 5 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Jesus good. Would be OK passing away after finishing a plate here. 4 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Mary good. Would be OK having a nosh here with Mother Mary. 3 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Joseph good. I ordered over $55 in food. I specified that I wanted plenty of sauce--assured them that none would be wasted. I mean, I ordered 3 half-pound roast beef sandwiches. When they handed me my food, I asked for even more sauce. They still short changed me in the sauce. I ordered three large curly fries and was provided two ketchup packets for each fry. I ordered two large jalapeño poppers and two large mozzarella sticks. Was provided one sauce for each. I would imagine the small orders would come with one sauce but the large?! It really cheapened the experience for me to be honest. I wasn't ordering off of the value menu and expected more especially since I emphasized I wanted plenty. read more

TLDR: Portions too small, stingy on what you is likeable, and coupons don't apply to things you want ... Received some new coupons in the mail. Used them, but meat on sandwiches and meat on burgers was next-to-nothing on them. Seems like you get very small portions at this Arby's. I was very unimpressed. Food is okay and employees nice enough, but they are really stingy with the ingredients (e.g., red onions, sauce on the items, or the meat). Honestly, they charge so much for stuff that I like (for example -- the Market Fresh sandwiches), but then if you get a roast beef sandwich, it barely has any meat on it. Seems like a kid's menu item, but you're spending FOUR OR FIVE BUCKS for it. Not worth it now. Also, they got rid of the Curly Fries and the Potato Cakes. Those are two things (especially Potato Cakes) that I liked, so I don't plan to go back much now. read more

I just left this place of business and I asked for Boneless chicken wings, the curly fries was fresh however my boneless chicken wings wasn't. I called up there to Arbys to let them know of this issue of my wings being cold. I spoke to the manger she said she was going to handle and get everything ready for me to pick up. Decided to try their new "upscale" Wagyu burger for lunch - mistake. Not even close to the product they've been advertising. Veggies are way too skimpky and the meat nothing special. Plus it's swimming in sauce, way too much. In hindsight, would have preferred the regular roast beef instead at half the price. Live and learn! read more

Not the cleanest looking from the outside, but ok once you get inside. Parking is a little strange being on the corner of a feeder road and highway, and entrance on one side, not the front like one would expect. Service was ok, fast food, not really crowded in any way at 5:30 PM. They did not have things here the Arby's online menu had. Onion rings were small portion, and pretty much sucked. Steakhouse fries, ok, rather have McDonald's or Wendy's. The sandwiches are the high point of eating, and they were good, but not great. I have been eating at this location for over 6 years. I have ALWAYS received a Veteran's discount... until today. The new manager there during lunch today told me some BS about how value meals were already discounted and he couldn't give me my Veteran's discount on top of it. Since when?!? But I have to let fellow customers know that the staff running the drive-threw get confused on the can dos of the company. Last night, the female blonde employee informed me that no way could they sub roast beef on the farmhouse salad that comes with meat. Why? "They had no way to account for the meat"...? Ever since the Covid-19 lockdowns started this location in Porter has gone to complete crap! I don't know whether there's been a change of ownership or of management but it's been for the worse, not better. We use Arby's coupons from the mail to make our dollar stretch. Before the inside was locked out, they would let us upgrade the drink & fry sizes for the extra cost and use other Arby's coupons with our order. But since it became drive-thru only, manager says nope! Only one coupon and exactly what's on the coupon and nothing else. When you get to the window, the lady looks at you with a scowl like she hates you for bothering her. She isn't rude but man if looks could kill. This used to be an easygoing place with friendly employees and freshly made food. It's no longer the case. The food's cold, the employees and management are colder, and they've lost my business until they straighten up. Ate here with my dad today. Used Arby's coupon. We both had Cravin' Chicken sandwich, shared an order of onion rings and each of us a small soda (refillable). Cost was less than $10.00. The onion rings are pricey, but really good. Real onions. The sandwiches were really good, they are our favorite here. The sodas are clean tasting, no slime in the ice machine. Drove 20 minutes over here for traditional Greek gyro I've been seeing on all the commercials. Get here only to find out that they are sold out of the Greek gyros. I don't understand why because we are the only people here. When we drove up I actually thought the Arby's was shut down and abandoned. Guess the employees must've are all of them. They're front door is horrible, looks like a random back door. Parking terrible. Ceiling tiles are stained and need replacing. We ordered the beef and turkey gyros since the Greek one was sold out.
