I don't write many reviews, but The Curve Cafe absolutely deserves the recognition…read more I schedule my visits around their Crab Cake Eggs Benedict because it's that good. Since it's a special and not always on the menu, I make a point to go whenever it's available. Every single time, it's been perfectly prepared and incredibly consistent. The crab cakes are delicious, the eggs are cooked just right, and the hollandaise sauce is hands down the best I've had in Michiana--even compared to some of the upscale restaurants that charge a lot more for food that doesn't come close. What really sets The Curve Cafe apart is Alex. As the owner, she's the heart and soul of the place, greeting and serving guests while making everyone feel welcome. Her passion for great food and hospitality shines through in every part of the experience. They also serve fantastic mimosas and Bloody Marys, and their Friday fish fry is another local favorite that's well worth checking out. In all the times I've eaten here, I've never had a bad meal. The food is consistently excellent, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and it's exactly the kind of locally owned restaurant our community should be proud to support. If I could convince Alex to franchise this place, I would in a heartbeat. The rest of Indiana deserves to know just how amazing The Curve Cafe is. Five stars without a doubt!

My daughter and I had another wonderful visit to this restaurant on August weekday afternoon…read more We were greeted warmly by the woman behind the bar, and we ordered from a menu at the register and sat down at a table. We both ordered cheeseburgers and fries, I ordered a double cheeseburger, plain, and my daughter chose a single cheeseburger with everything on it. Now I don't order burgers very often but, today I was extremely hungry and they sounded amazing. These burgers came out with buns that were glistening with. I don't know what......I'm going to guess was some kind of magic from heaven lol. This burger was probably the best burger , if not an easy second best burger I've ever had! The bun was toasted on the grill with a delicious buttery taste, I believe it was a brioche bun. The patties were flavorful, And juicy. It goes without saying the quality products that were used when you enjoy this burger! Bonus- this burger was huge!! I couldn't make it through half! The fries are literally perfect as well! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. So good! Lunch for two with drinks and a good tip was 30 dollars, which was fair considering we brought home another meal for later with the leftovers! Until next time Scoobies!

So I ordered through the app because I find it convenient usually and have found my order has less of a likelihood to be messed up. Not the case yesterday. I ordered 2 unsweetened iced teas for 2 people who can't have a lot of sugar. What did I receive? 2 sweetened iced teas that were pure liquid diabetes, that's what. So those had to be dumped. I also ordered AND PAID for ranch dressing. I didn't get my ranch dressing I discovered when I got to where I was going and it's not like I was going to drive back across town to get some. There also weren't any napkins given or silverware. Very disappointing.
