I placed an order for pickup before they closed for my overnight shift and of course ran late to pick them up and my fries were cold. I had only ordered a large fry and some cookies. When I swung around to pick them up through the drive thru, the guy working drive thru was nice enough to let me know they'd been sitting for a while and offered to give me fresh ones. I really thought it was sweet. For that kind gesture alone I'm giving them 5 stars. My visit was great. I got what I wanted and had great service. So thanks to him! read more

This place is a disaster all around. Have been to this location a few times over the past few months and not once, not twice, but THREE times now I have been completely ignored at the drive thru. This last time when someone finally said something, I was greeted by a rude woman, no apology or anything for the wait. Then I start to give my order and it was just silent. Went to this location today and will not be going back! The person taking my order was extremely rude! When I pulled up to the window and checked my receipt, I was over charged for three items that were supposed to be happy hour items. When I asked about it, the girl ignored me for a bit while she finished her text message. Then, calls me a bitch in Spanish thinking I wouldn't know! All because I asked if those items were supposed to be on happy hour. I called her out on it and she said she was referring to the screen not me, no apology at all! An old lady who might of been the manager didn't do anything about it either. I always seem to go for the chicken tenders when I go to Arby's and on each occasion I'm normally ever so slightly let down. They always seem to be a little tough and that disappoints me. However I shall definitely go back at some point in the near future and I will try something different on the menu to give Arby's the chance to make a good impression for me. They don't have Arby's in Chicago ---and I miss the mocha shakes and fondly recall the roast-beef sandwiches.

Every Friday my husband & I would have lunch at the Arby's near where I work. Yesterday we went for the last time. The staff there is wonderful and so friendly. We brought them chocolate chip cookie bars as a thank you for their fantastic service and to let them know we weren't coming regularly anymore. They insisted on paying for our meal! They always shouted "Welcome!" when we came and "Thank You!" when we rang the bell on the way out! Now that's customer service! read more

Not a good experience at all! I stopped in with my 2 boys (age 9 and 11). It was about 6:30 pm and only 1 table was occupied. There were 2 other couples that had ordered and were waiting for their food. I had to ask an employee for a rag to clean off a table as all the tables were dirty and we planned to dine in. The floor was also very filthy. The condiment stand was littered with trash and spills and out of the small cups to put sauces in. After waiting more than 10 minutes for our food, the quality was certainly not worth the wait. Our order was missing the dipping sauce we had requested and the fish tasted like it was fried in oil that should have been discarded a week ago. They must have had the loaded curly fries ready right away (or a mistake from a previous order) because they were already soggy by the time they arrived. The other 2 couples were agitated as well as the wait for their food was outside the time one would expect for a nearly empty restaurant. I would have voiced my concerns while I was there but after watching the 3 employees, they did not seem to be getting along with each other and I really don't think that me saying anything would have made a difference. It was completely obvious that the place was a dump, the food quality was poor, and service speed was slow. No doubt they were aware and no doubt they didn't care. Even at a young age both my boys realized this was not an place they ever want to go back to. It was so bad it has turned into a household joke for us when we mention, "let's go to Arby's" or when an Arby's commercial comes on. I thought that management/ownership would like to know about our experience as I would if I owned the restaurant.
